(The promised 7-10 business days so they beat their promise.) I phoned to find out the carrier and tracking number and could follow the shipment as it moved from Michigan to South Florida. Best price I could find, free shipping, no sales tax. Pleasant customer service rep when I called for tracking info. <br><br>My only suggestion - not even a complaint. Add the shipper and tracking number to the invoice so customer doesn\u0027t have to call to get it. US Appliance was also including free shipping right to my door. The statement on the shipping page said it would be about 21 days to ship. I recieved a confirmation email within an hour. I placed my order on 11\/12. I got a call from the shipping company on 11\/14 that said the refrigerator would be delivered on 11\/17. The refrigerator arrived on time and without damage. I would order from them again. LG pair I purchased was one of the top-of-the-line. US Appliance has the best price also free shipping at the time I ordered. Web site indicated 3 weeks for delivery, received in 2 weeks and this was over the holidays. Items delivered by local delivery company. Although they would not bring into the house, was stated on US Appliance web site, the driver had a dolly so was able to get into house. All items were well packed in factory cartons, and local delivery was friendly and satisfactory. Items were exactly as advertised, and throughout the process was kept informed by US Appliance. I will buy from them again. Very pleased and satisfied with thier service. Then over the weekend, after checking the dimensions of the set and the width of the built-in shelving in my living room, I realized that the 50\u0022 set would just fit in there.<br><br>So on Monday, Jan. 26th, I called U.S. Appliance back, and asked if I could upgrade the order if it had not already shipped yet. They said sure, but the change might delay delivery (the SuperBowl was only six days away). I said no problem with a delay; let\u0027s change it up to a 50\u0022 set.<br><br>I received confirmation of my revised order right away by email. However, I did not receive any word regarding the shipping status of the order. If there\u0027s one consistent criticism of U.S. Appliance on this site, that is it: checking the status of your order, to find out whether or not it has shipped, is up to you. About mid-way through the week I decided I would call them back on Friday, Jan. 30th to check up on things.<br><br>Imagine my surprise that morning -- Fri. Jan. 30th -- when I got a call from a delivery driver saying he would be at my house in thirty minutes with my new HDTV! I searched and searched and found mostly positive reviews from the other buyers about us-appliance.com on popular reseller rating sites. I decided to take the plunge since the super-bowl special price they had was really good and beat all the other websites and local stores by a margin. To top it all, they even had free shipping!<br><br>Ordering was as flawless as it can get; shipped the next business day; emails kept me informed of the status along the way; shipment was readily trackable with good detail. I should mention that they used R&L carriers and the tracking info and service were excellent. The final leg delivery was scheduled through a call, the guy was very nice to call ahead to narrow down the typical 4 hour window for me, so I could get home from work. He even helped me bring it in, which is not what I expected! He even waited for me to open the box and ensure everything was fine. <br><br>Glad to say, I am enjoying my 46\u0022 Panasonic plasma and thanking us-appliance (and the carrier) for a good deal and even greater buying experience! George, the salesmen, has been very good to deal with.<br>>On Monday, 4\/6\/09, I discovered that US Appliance had dropped their price for the TC-P42G10 to $1,099. I emailed them right away and asked for a refund for the difference between what I paid and what it is going for right now. Boom! they gave it to me no questions asked. Mind you, I still have not received my TV yet. I expect it to arrive later this week or first thing next week. So as a result of their prompt respond to my email, I will amend my evaluation one more time to reflect their great customer service.<br>>Contacted the shipper and wastold that my TV will be delivered today, 04\/10\/09.<br>>IT ARRIVED!
