"Everything went smoothly until we took our dryer out of the box. On the front of the dryer there is a huge dent and 4 inch long full-thickness scratch in the paint. They offered to either send us white paint to touch it up ourselves (which still does not address the dent!), or a $50 credit. Not adequate compensation in my opinion for a product that obviously took a beating.."
"I purchased a Samsung slide in electric range for $1528. The glass top is completely shattered . They will not replace or repair. I've never heard of anything like this. Their policy states to report damage within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment. I was not in town that week and returned on the weekend. My contractor signed for it on Wednesday when it was delivered, but also wrote " did not open" of delivery slip. Surely I am not the only person to ever travel when undergoing renovations. I sent them photos and explained via phone and email, to no avail. Neither the shipping company or US Appliance will assist. I'm SOL and out $1528. DO NOT BUY FROM US APPLIANCE!"
