By week four it wold not hold a charge over 45 minutes. Customer service tried to tell me that their batteries are not designed to hold a charge for over an hour. Are you kidding me? So basically they sell defective products and make their customers responsible for both the initial shipment of the defective product and the shipment to return the defective product.
