"Was pleased with the price and purchased based on the great reviews, but I've been HIGHLY disappointed. I ordered by AC adaptor on May 30th and have yet to receive my product (it's June 12th). They accepted payment that's for sure, but I have nothing. I would NEVER recommend anyone purchase anything from them, and the "live support" sends an email to a general mailbox. I called the phone number and of course no one answers the phone, so I've left a messages (still no call back). I've been dooped by the reviews and don't want anyone else to have to go through the same thing."
