There was a mix up somewhere and my levers took a little longer to get here. Once I got them on the phone they got everything straightened out and I got my levers. Can be a little hard to get them on the phone, and the shipping error lost them a star. But I paid less for my cobra tuner and levers than most people are charging for the tuner alone. And seem to be very nice folks so that gets them 4 stars. "I ordered a pair of forward controls from TwoCycleGuys as they had them listed at one hell of a discount compared to other websites. I bought what was listed as the last one in stock and took care of business. I received an email later stating that the last pair was sold minutes before I placed my order and the system wasn't updated in time to reflect that. Instead of being shot a refund and told to look elsewhere they took it upon themselves to order a pair directly from the manufacturer and send them to me, at NO additional cost to myself. This is what customer service is all about. I would HIGHLY recommend TwoCycleGuys to anyone looking for GREAT prices and customer service."
