"My husband lost his favorite knife when we were unpacking. Found one at a reasonable price to surprise him. The SOG Trident arrived just as promised and he loves it. Prayerfully he will not loose this one. Will definately order from Two Point Enterprise again."

"this company is not worth the time i am taking to write this review...but in the interest of others that may want to purchase products from them...here is my review...i ordered the product over a month and a half ago...to date i have still not received my items...they charged my credit card immediately but have failed to reply to my emails and are not answering the so called customer service number they have on their website....do youself a favor and never order anything from these people....i have reported them to the better business bureau and will in the future do business with a more responsible and repitable firm...these people are nothing more than a mom and pop organization with an impressive website...and thats where all the professionalism and business integrity ends...this company is nothing short of a good ol fashioned SCAMMMMMMMMMM organization."

"ordered product monday, recieved product by friday including custom engraving. Gerber Suspension multi tool was shipped in a box which was a bit of over kill but was packed with reused newspaper as filler in the box which I felt was a good re use of material. Great timing on all, fair price on the product "

"My experience was similar to another poster here who described how this company shipped a computer power supply in a flimsy envelope rather than a box. The product was smashed and unusable. I notified the merchant via email with no response. I put the charge into contest with American Express who advised that Two Point never responded to them either: AMEX credited my account. After the credit was received, Two Point put the same charge through again so, of course, I contested it again and I was credited again. Not to be outdone, Two Point put the charge through a third time which I fought as well. They may have given up by now, but I'm not sure. Their business practices are puzzling."

"Overall not too happy (www.kershaw-knives.net) and there isn't much I can do about it. I ordered 5 knives with "precision" laser engraving and the laser engraving was really poor. I have laser engraved thousands of tools and I must say that whoever engraved the knives didn't know what they were doing. The engraving was inconsistent between the 5 knives; one of them you could barely tell was engraved. My guess is this was the first one and distance from the lens was either too far or too close. There is nothing I can do about because they obviously don't accept returned items with engraving. I also ordered one without engraving and they had to sub for a different model because they were out of the original ones that I had ordered. I thought I would be able to return that one but they take 15% back on all returned merchandise for a restocking fee which is pure BS on a knife that is unused, unopened. Give me a break. Oh, they took a week to ship the order too. Overall, not happy, won't be doing business with them again, and I advise others out there to be extremely cautious when doing business with them. "

"Stay away from this outfit, they are a ripoff. I ordered a 400 watt computer power supply from them. It arrived in a flimsy, cardboard box with one sheet of newspaper for packing material. The unit was completely smashed. I called right away and sent them photos of the unit and they said they would refund my money. They also did not want the unit returned to them, which tells me they know it's junk to begin with. I've been on the phone with these people at least five times and they keep telling me they're going to refund me but they still haven't. "

"I received excellent service from Two Point Enterprise/ SOG-Knife.net. I placed my order online on Wednesday night, and had 3 e-mails on Thursday morning confirming my purchase, a shipment notification and a delivery confirmation number. My order arrived on Saturday, complete and in perfect condition. I did not have occasion to contact Two Point Enterprise by phone because there online service was outstanding. I chose them because they had one of the best prices for the item I was purchasing. I will purchase from Two Point Enterprise in the future. Like the other reviewers state, buyer beware, but from my experience, this is an upstanding reputable company with whom i will do additional business."

"BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GERBER-TOOLS OR ANY OTHER COMPANY MANAGED BY SUPERNOTEBOOK AND TWO POINT ENTERPRISES, YOU SHOULD READ THIS REVIEW.

We ordered some survival kits from Gerber-Tools, on the 15DEC08 which were charged to my c/card on the 20DEC08 and amounted to $AU556.60.

We understood it may take a little while as it was close to Xmas and didn’t worry about it until the 20JAN09. When we emailed the company, we were told it can take weeks.

After a number of weeks of not receiving the goods, we emailed the company again and they gave us a tracking number. When we checked the tracking number the goods had been returned to the US because of insufficient address details within a few weeks of being sent, which meant that they had been with USPS for months and they had no idea the goods had been returned.

After confirming that the goods were in fact back in the US, Gerber-Tools proceeded to try and lay the blame on us by saying we put the incorrect address details. We receive hundreds of letters a day to the address we supplied. Gerber claimed the addresses are printed straight off the invoice but have never supplied us a copy of the invoice, even after we requested it. In the end we asked for a refund.

After complaining about having to pay our Customs fees they said they had to look into it. We then received an email telling us that they could not find in their records that we had even paid for the goods. We sent them a copy of our credit card transaction to prove we had and they continued to question whether we paid, even though in an earlier email they stated the goods were sent a bit late because their initial attempt to charge our card was declined (which would indicate that the payment was eventually accepted, particularly as they sent us the goods).

We then received an email on the 30JUNE09 with words to the effect:

"We gave an incomplete address to their system & that is why the 2 survival kits were caught up in custom for over 4 months. They had to pay all of our custom fees in order to get the merchandise back from USPS since they turned it around due to insufficient address, which was provided by us. It has now been so long that the credit card company will no longer let them assess our records so they can not give us a refund that way, nor can they even see that we were charged in the first place. It's in the hands of the USPS and credit card, these problems are not due to their company. They are looking into our specific concerns, how much to refund due to fees w/ shipping costs & custom fees that they were forced to pay due to our incorrect address, and how the credit card co will allow them to refund us.

Yesterday, I sent Gerber an email asking if there were any updates on the situation and if it was too difficult to give us a refund, then could they just send us the goods.

This was the response I got:

Perhaps you didn't read our previous email so we will post it again. Please take time to read it this time: (They then proceeded to copy and paste the above email).

Bottom line is, it took so long and fees were incurred because Gerber-Tools never picked the goods up after they were returned and weren’t even aware that they were returned until we informed them. N.B. we informed them approx. 2 months after our initial enquiry as to where our goods were as it took them that long after our initial enquiry to give us a tracking number (ie. Had they checked the tracking number when we first enquired, the goods would have spent 2 less months with USPS and incurred fewer charges). The address wasn’t incomplete and the company has never complied with our request to see the address that was supplied. It has now been 7 months and no goods or refund.

Update 12Aug09: I finally received the goods today after it cost me another AU$98.00 in postage. I also received paperwork from my first order and noted the address details supplied initially were more than sufficient and almost identical to the address details that the goods were finally delivered to, which can only mean the problem that occurred was a printing problem on the suppliers side.

Update 02Sep09: After receiving the goods, I got an email from the company saying they were unhappy with my review as they thought we were communicating effectively (I don't know how people speak to each other in the US, but I don't consider their above response to my request for an update as communicating effectively). They then said they were going to refund me the extra shipping cost to maintain the peace and end the interaction happily and hope that I would reflect that by updating my feedback to a more positive tone. When I checked my statement to see if they had refunded the delivery charge, I was in shock to see that not only did they not refund me the delivery but had in fact charged me for the goods again, so now they've taken over $AU1000.00 for two survival kits. I sent them an email immediately in hope that they had just made an error and highlighted the fact that I had not given them permission to take this money out of our account which makes it's an illegal, unauthorized transaction. No reply so far.

Update: 07/09/09. I finally received an email informing me that it was no mistake, when they went to refund me the delivery fee, they still couldn't see where we had paid and decided we had pulled one over them and had to pay for the goods. After charging us again, they did another search and to their surprise, for the 1st time in 9 months they could see that we did pay for the goods in December 2008. They are now refunding the amount they illegally took out but not the extra shipping they promised as they cannot see the feedback changing. YOU THINK! Not even an apology for their complete incompetence.

Last & Final Update 16SEP09: Refund finally came through. Due to exchange rate, their mistake cost us another AU$22.31 simply because they couldn't do their job. Still no apology. DISGRACEFUL."

"Buyer Beware. I am the victim of the old bait & switch. I ordered a power supply for a MediaSmart Home server using their cross ref chart. The model referenced was ordered and paid for at a cost of $64.00 + $9.82 shipping. What they sent to me was a different model number with the same physical dimensions that sells on the web for $29.00. Additionally the pin outs on the 20 pin ATX plug are totally different. One would most likely fry their mother board if it was plugged in & powered. Calls to their 800 number are answered by an answering machine. The person on the other end of the Email is very rude. Will except the return but buyer pays shipping and if you want a replacement unit you have to pay shipping for that also. I wouldn't trust them with another transaction. They sell under various company names and web addresses. If you order from one of these scammers and the Address is Haughton, LA. Run don't walk away from these rip off artists. "

"I have made two Knife purchases from Two Point Enterprise, all I can say is WOW great service, selection, fast shipping, great prices, all you could ask for from an online retailer!!! I have to give them 5 Stars *****. After posting this review I read the other reviews and was really shocked!!! My first order went through without a hitch, second order was placed on Wednesday, shipped on Friday, and I received it on Tuesday!!! Communicated with Amy via email several times, and Dennis as well, both seemed eager to answer my questions and quickly!!! Fortunately I can't agree with the other reviewers. I will buy from them again. 5*****Stars"
