Items are always shipped quickly and always wrapped carefully. If I ever have a question, I always get a response very quickly. One of the best sellers I've ever worked with! "As far as I am concerned, Turboneko's shop has the best selection of Japanese furoku in the US. I've been able to find some of the rarest items I just can't find anywhere else, even Japan! You can have your order in days, not weeks and it is packed safely and cutely. And unlike so many other retailers, Turboneko does not jack up shipping prices to make an extra buck off their customers. I genuinely respect that and in turn, feel respected by them that they truly value my business. On a personal note, the shopkeeper was once kind enough to even send my daughter something special for her birthday along with our original order. That is the sort of behavior that inspires loyalty in me, that's for certain.
