The only issue I had was the delay of the shipping and one minor issue. I had called to check on the status and was told they messed up on the engraving. I told them I needed it by a certain date and they changed my shipping to overnight with no extra charge. Even when I got the ring, the engraving was still wrong, they left out a letter. Anyhow, I had to send it back, Tungsten World sent a return label to me and about a week later I got my ring. This time they got it right. Through out all these ordeals, they have been very cooperative and I am satisfied with the service and quality of the ring. When my wife and I decided to get married I was left with a dilemma of what type of ring I wanted. I though about Titanium but from people that i know that have them like them because they are light weight but can scratch easily. For me Gold was not an option either since I just do not care for the look. I started looking for Tungsten because of the durability and the fact that it feels substantial while I wear it. Tungsten World was what I ended up settling my search on. One because they offered a full warranty on their product and two because of the excellent selection.
