"Had to return headlights, as they were the wrong size. "Randy" said, "Just go ahead and ship them back, I've already made a note in the system, we'll issue a refund once we receive them.” They received them on June 26 (it's now July 8), and not only have I received a refund, but no one will answer my emails. I finally did get to use their chat feature, which is hardly ever online, and spoke with "Omar", who said that he had to check with the warehouse, which confirmed that they did receive them (duh, already knew that). He said that he needs to inspect them, before he will issue the refund. Their return policy states that a refund will be issued in 3 to 5 day; it's almost been 2 weeks. Omar said it would be 2 to 3 days for the refund. I told him I’d check back with them in a week, guess I’ll wait and see!Horrible customer service, when a refund in involved. Seems like to get faster customer service, when you want to purchase an item, not return for a refund. I may never deal with them again!!"
"I dont usually buy car parts and would not have thought to do so online but I found a great accessory for my car at a great price at TunersDepot.com and took the plunge. Order fulfillment was prompt and I received top-of-the-line shipment tracking and customer care feedback all along the purchase and shipping process. Sadly, in the process of installing my product I broke it - cracked the housing. Possibly my brute strength ;-P but more more likely a structural flaw in the plastic construction. This where TunersDepot blew me away!I sent them a note explaining (not complaining) and this is what they sent back: Hi, Okay I'll get you a replacement sent out.And that was it! No fuss, no muss. Replacement. Done. I am SO impressed I wanted to share. BIG shout out to Ryan P at TunersDepot for being responsive and staying on it. I'd highly recommend without any concerns. And I'd definitely will use them again. "

"I ordered a set of 6000K HID fog lights for my 2010 F350. Immediately upon placing the order, I got a confirmation email with all the details and when the item might ship via USPS priority mail. It shipped the next morning and was delivered to my house in less than 72 hours and I live way up in Washington. The lights were as advertised and I could not be happier with how they look on my truck. The housing clips did not exactly match the pattern of the OEM fogs, but they went in none the less with some effort. The water seals seemed to be much bigger and better than the OEM ones so I think that was part of the difficulty in getting them to seat, but as I said, they did and they look awesome. Great product, great communication via email, great website that was easy to find what I was looking for. Very happy and will buy from them again."
