I send and email to report the missing product and followed up with a call to Trustsofts' customer support a week later. The agent was apologetic and assured me I would be getting the missing copy of software and license in a few days. While on the call, I asked him if he could change the order and to buy instead the 64 bit version and charge my card with whatever the difference was. He agreed to send me the 64 bit and to my surprise, he did it at no extra cost which I totally appreciated! Both disks and licenses worked just fine (I am typing this from one of my newly upgraded PCs)<br><br>So in general, even though there was an initial shipping issue with the missing license, the company rectified the problem promptly and even upgraded my order at no cost.
