"I ordered a NEW Garmin Nuvi 350 GPS. It was the best price in the market. Shipment was prompt - I received the product after 5 business days. It came in a white non-commercial box which made me suspicious about the product and whether it is genuine. I called the manufacturer and provided them with the serial number and they told me that the product was genuine. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and will do it again. The product came with all the accessories with no missing items. "

"I saw a lot of bad reviews, and they did try to hassel me on the warranty, but I said no aand itold them to ship or cancel. Paid for 2nd day delivery, and my Garmin 370 arrived as promised. Not the most pleasant experience, but $250 less than Best Buy."

"Stay away as others say:
1. Place order from their web site. Very easy.
2. Receiving email asking to call them.
3. The "international model" that I ordered was out of stock, although their web site kept advertising it, and they offered the "US model" with $100 dollar more price which is commonly seen as "buy now" price of this product on ebay.
4. Cancel the order and quick "good bye".

Thanks to this store and the other, I could learn a lot about internet shopping in US of A."

"Well, believe it or not, I actually got what I ordered, in a timely manner!
I ordered a car GPS unit (on Wed 18JUL07, late), and they shipped it (on Mon 23JUL07), and FedEx Ground tried to deliver it on Sat 28JUL07). And, it's the one I ordered, brand new/sealed.
I did , of course, have to go through the "credit card verification" call with the sales pitches for warranties, etc.), and it did, of course, take a couple of phone calls & e-mails to get the actual shipment tracking number (since they don't update the order status very often, when you login-on to their web page)."

"I ordered a Canon camera from trusted dealer on July 1 2009 , the camera was not mailed out until I called three different times and insisted on a tracking number after 8 days of waiting for a confirmation letter . The people I talked with were not helpful and mostly rude "

"I ordered an out of production CoolPix 8800 digital camera over the phone rather than online because I wanted to be sure I was getting a new factory fresh USA camera with everything that normally comes with the new camera. I wanted to be sure it was not refurbished or grey market. I asked all the appropriate questions to be sure I would be getting what I wanted. I was assured I would. The camera arrived 3/7/06 without a USA warranty enclosed. The camera did not come in the normal sealed box.

I called then and explained I had not gotten what I ordered. I was told to ship it back and they would pay the cost of me shipping it. I shipped it on 3/8/06.

On 3/14/06 I called to see if it had arrived. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I kept getting sales and they kept transferring me but I would end up back with sales again. I was told as of yesterday the camera had not arrived. He said I could call back tomorrow but that they should call me when they receive it.

It is easy to get someone in sales but a different matter to reach someone in customer service.

One hour later my returned receipt arrived back from them in the mail, signed on 3/10/06. I called again and was told they had received it after all, that the warehouse failed to make the update in the computer. He told me I would get the credit for the camera and my shipping costs by tomorrow morning, 3/15/06.

I called and asked for the store manager on 3/20/06. I was told they were not a store. I was asked what department I wanted. I said I wanted the person in charge. He said of what department. I said I realized there might be various departments but there had to be someone that was in charge of all of them. He suggested I call back later.

I called back and after being on hold for 1 hour I reached some who told me I was issued a credit on 3/17/06 but for an amount which did not include what it cost me to ship it back.

I called again on 3/21/06 after discovering no credit had been issued to my account as I had been told on 3/20/06. They again listened to my story and put me on hold. He came back I was told again the credit was issued 3/17/06 but may take up to 48 business hours to post. He said I would be credited the shipping costs the next Friday, 3/24/06.

As of 3/24/06 no credit had been issued for the camera or for shipping. I called again and was told he had to check with billing. He came back to the phone and said he was the manager. He said I had not been credited yet but not to worry I would be credited today or tomorrow, Saturday, 3/25/06. He said it takes time to issue a credit. I told him I had been told three times (by Anthony on 3/14/06 I would get it 3/15/06, by Bruce on 3/20/06 that it was issued on 3/17/06, by Anthony on 3/21/06 that it was issued 3/17/06 but would take 48 business hours to post) that I had already been credited. He said he had other calls and did not have time to deal with me.

As of 4/1/06 no credit has been issued to my account. Luckily I do have proof they received the camera and I put the charge into dispute with the credit card company.

It seems this was a scam from the beginning. Do business with this company at your own peril."

"INTERNET SCAMMING
TrustedDealer.com and RedTagSaving.com

Please be aware of the following scam that the company above which operates out of at least two company names out of Coney Island, New York perpetrates.

They advertise a product at an extreme discount price, and then when you try to order it they “up sell a lot” of overpriced and misrepresented accessories. They also change company names and increase the shipping.

I ordered a Casio EX-Z750 camera for $239 and $15 shipping. They sold me a battery that was represented to me as 3 TIMES the life of the original battery that comes with the camera, and a $39 camera case for $70. I got an exact duplicate of the battery that comes with the camera ($20 value) and a $10 generic case. They also increased my shipping & handling from $15 to $25. Frauded out of $50.

So I got screwed. Don’t you get screwed. These people are not to be trusted. READ THEIR RETURN POLICY 15% RESTOCKING, AND UNOPENED PACKAGES. I wonder if they would have been out of stock if I didn’t upgrade. These companies are worth investigating and I will be notifying the Attorney General of the State of New York.

"I ordered a Kodak camera, Extra battery and a deluxe carry bag. When I received my order, the carry bag was too small for my camera and was for a mini digital cam corder and the battery charger for my camera was missing. I called and was told they would send the battery charger and the right carry bag to me. Finally after about three weeks later I still had not received charger or the bag. They kept telling me they would send them. Finally I talked to Johnson, he said they had not sent it because I had not returned the small bag. I explained that I had been told to return the small bag in the box the deluxe bag was sent in when I received it. He gave me a Return number RA# and I returned the small bag. I kept calling for a tracking number for the bag and after three months later I had three wrong tracking numbers and still no charger or bag. I have been calling week after week to get a tracking number for my bag and 4/26/06 I called and talked to Michael R. McNealson he ask for my credit card number and my Social Security Number which I did not give him. I ask why he needed this information and John or Anthony I think was his name got on the phone and used a lot of bad language and a lot of vulgar language, so I decided to contact the Better business Bureau and my Visa Dept. I have been very patient over the past almost five months, but enough is enough. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. You should go on to Bizrate.com, Pricegrabber.com, Pricerunner.com, Pricescan.com, Buyerzone.com, and read all the BAD REVIEWS!!!!!!!! Also type go Trusted Dealer in your address bar and you will find many more BAD REVIEWS!!!!
Just a reminder! Trusted Dealer also know as Red Tag Savings is BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!
More information I found - Digital Delivered, Inc., d.b.a. DigitalDelivered.com, RedTagSavings.com, and TrustedDealer.com 771-773 Coney Island Avenue, Kensington TrustedDealer.com and RedTagSavings.com use 771, and DigitalDelivered.com uses 773. Open on Sunday. On TrustedDealer's contact page now lists 673 Coney Island Ave, which appears elsewhere here many times. The RedTagSavings site claims they are RedTag Savings Inc. No such name found for NY, but Red Tag Inc. registered to a CPA on Bedford Avenue appears to be them. You can also see a picture of their store front, it’s a joke!

"Beware! Trusted Dealer aka Redtagsavings are the worst online retailers I EVER dealt with. I made my order with them, then 11 days later they sent me an email saying it's not in stock. I called them and they were super rude. When I asked their supervisor if this is the way they handle their business he said "what, are you trying to be intimidating" and hung up the phone! Please think twice about using them. I'll NEVER use them again."
