"Very quick response to email questions regarding product information. The only minor complaint I have is with the limited product descriptions. In my case, the item I wanted wasn't clearly described so I had to verify which product I was trying to order by using the provided manufacturer's part number and looking up the info on the manufacturer's website. (this particular product has 4 versions- 2 national, 2 regional) Overall, it was only a very minor inconvenience.

I was promptly emailed a receipt for my purchase and recieved a shipping confirmation (with tracking number)the next day. I received my purchase within 3 days. Item was well packaged and had no damage. I would buy from this reseller again.

"I ordered a retail boxed software. Delivery time was good, But NO Disk in retail box, I thought, here's trouble. But no, I called, and was quickly sent a disk with keycode. Thanks Trustprice for great, fast service."

"I ordered a copy of Microsoft Office 2001 Academic Mac version on 5/25 and received it with no problems on 5/27. The price was great and the speed at which they processed the order was amazing. Would absolutly do business again with this company."

"I ordered Vista Home Premium from the Web Site. A day later, I was told it was out of stock, but I could get Vista Ultimate Promotional edition for the same price. ETA for the the Home Premium was 1 to 2 months! Canceled the order. Refund followed within a day!"

"I ordered Visual Basic 6.0. and was a bit nervous since i live in Sweden and require overseas shipping. I asked Trustprice to confirm that i would really receive what I had ordered (new software, complete with all CD's and certificate of authenticity). I got an email withing 48 hours with photos of the actual software. This made me feel a lot safer. I arranged for the money transfer the 7 of July and received the shipment from FedEx on the 17 of July. I am very satisfied with Trustprice and can recommend them to other customers."

"Extremely Helpful customer service department, I was confused as what I needed to order and the staff took their time to listen and help me with my purchase. When they did not have on particular piece of software I needed they even researched and sent me a link to another vendor with competitive pricing. Saved $$$ over other vendors I normally was dealing with. Thanks TrustPrice for the service and pricing."

"Ordered software and it was out of stock. Got new stock a week later, then it was shipped to wrong address. Finally received software 2-1/2 weeks after order. Good deal on price and I'm happy with the product. They were accommodating to work with and very nice on the phone. I would definitely do business with them again since they went out of their way and were apologetic when I contacted them. Great customer service from this company. I was disappointed at first, but they came through for me."

"the shipping was very quick the finding ogf the disks was easy and cheap and hope they will work with my HP Mini notebook i wish that they would of giving me the tracking number the day they shipped it i just now got the track number when i got the package already but still it is indeed helpful "

"I ordered the Norton AntiVirus 2011 to renew my subscription and everything worked as planned.

I was skeptical at first because the TrustPrice site had the product title as “2011 OEM” and the picture was for “2011”, but the product description stated “2010” and when I googled the TrustPrice product ID, the 2010 version of AntiVirus popped up. For the price, I took a chance and it worked out fine.

The free shipping order arrived 10/16 (3-days) and it was the 2011 version. By simply using the product key provided, it extended my Anti-Virus for another year.

Great price, quick delivery and excellent outcome = a 10 rating from me.

I recommend this site and will use it again in the future.
