What I received were a bumper with the Vapor Pro font print at the side with the design of 1\/2 Red and Black which I could not find any similar design on the OFFICIAL Element product site!Also the accessories that comes with the package was totally different from what was shown.<br><br>To make things worst. The METAL CAP for easy access to the power button were missing from the package! With that missing, the bumper were rendered useless.<br><br>After contact Truesupplier via email. Their representative Ethan offered for an exchange which needs me to ship the item back to them which I have to PAY FOR the SHIPPING AT MY OWN COST. FOR THEIR MISTAKE in the first place ! <br><br>Honestly speaking. I am very disappointed on their exchange policy. The keypad that arrived caused the touchpad button to be continuously depressed when installed on my 9780. The thickness dimensions of the keypad shipped are bigger than the original keypad. When the original keypad is installed again there is no problem with the touchpad button being continuously depressed.<br><br>The color of the plastic strips between the keys on the shipped keypad was silver not black as on the 9780. The color difference and the thickness dimension difference lead me to believe that the keypad sent is intended for a different model phone or is from a bad batch of incorrectly manufactured keypads.<br><br>I returned the keypad for a refund, but instead received a second shipment of an identically defective keypad. I returned the second shipment and requested a refund, but by that time the 45 day PayPal purchase dispute time limit had expired, and Truesupplier.com no longer answers any of my communications. "I ordered Privacy films for the iPhone 4, the prices on the website seem fair but they get you with the cost of the shipping. After receiving the white privacy screen it was impossible to see my phone, completely pointless. Contacted their customer support I offered to ship back the two protectors i had not used and they said they would not refund the one i had put on my phone. Nothing got resolved, they offered 2 dollar refund which never happened. They need to provide better information about their product. Never buying anything from them again."
