"Excellent service and product. Fast shipment. Was notified that order shipped on 5/15, was delivered to reside on 5/16 before 3 pm. Was able to get Mohawk laminate and 2 rolls of underlayment plus shipping for less than price of laminate at local flooring store. Will do more business with True Hardwoods as projects proceed.

"I was hesitant to order thousands of dollars worth of flooring off the internet, but since the flooring I needed was discontinued it was a must. True Hardwoods had the flooring I need and they had it at the best price. Their shipping costs were significantly less than what I saw on other sites. Their ratings on Reseller Ratings was excellent. After speaking with them on the phone, I can see why. They have great customer service. It was a pleasure to work with True Hardwoods from start to finish. I am completely satisfied with my transaction and would definitely do business with them again.

"True Hardwoods Inc. is by far the best place to buy flooring that I have found. Their prices have always been about 40 percent lower
for the same quality flooring materials as compared to what I am charged at local flooring suppliers in my area. And the shipping is free right to my doorstep. I like the fact that I can communicate directly with the manager at True Hardwoods to resolve any issues with shipping schedule or product quality.
I highly recommend True Hardwoods Inc. to anyone, whether professional installer or DIY homeownwer."

"The entire process of finding and ordering the needed Armstrong engineered wood was seamless. Ordering was instant and shipping was very quick, not to mention the price was the lowest anywhere online. To top it all off, we weren't sure what finish of wood we needed to match a client's previously installed floor; we spoke to Justin and he was immediately on it and did his best to make sure we matched the floor correctly. I pride myself on providing great customer experience and I find myself impressed and very satisfied with my experience at True Hardwoods. "

"By far the best place to purchase hardwood flooring! From the first time I called, I could tell that I would be treated with superb service, the phone was answered immediately by Justin, and his lovely southern accent. He was very patient with all my concerns and questions, being a first time buyer of hardwood floors, I had lots and happened upon True Hardwoods while searching for retailers who sold the particular wood I wanted. The flooring I found at my local retailer gave me a quote twice as much as the exact same product that I found on-line at True Hardwoods! The shipping was a week longer than the two week delivery they state on line, only because the wood was in production. After it left the mill, Justin sent me an email with a tracking number for my delivery. The delivery truck from Georgia to Northern Ohio was fast and on time, it took about 18 minutes for 3 of us to unload all 24 boxes into my home! My flooring is already in and it's gorgeous! We plan on doing our kitchen and foyer and will definitely be ordering flooring through True Hardwoods again! Thank you Justin and the rest of the True Hardwoods Company!!!!"

"Placed order on 3/29/2013. Order delivered in excellent condition on 4/4/2013 (Southeastern Freight Lines). My location is close to Winston Salem, NC.

Called True Hardwoods and discussed the order with "Wade" before placing it on-line. Wade was very patient, answered all my questions, and provided thorough information. Shortly after placing the order on their website I received an invoice. When the order was shipped I received another email to announce the shipping notice with tracking information.

Order arrived complete, delivered on a clean pallet and stretch wrapped to the pallet. Besides having the best price for my flooring, True hardwoods was a pleasure to do business with. I will be buying more from them in the near future and will recommend them to my friends. "

I am writing to let you know what a wonderful experience I had dealing with one of your sales people (Seth Holbert) and True Hardwoods

We recently purchased a home and due to allergies we wanted to remove the carpeting and finish the flooring with matching wood in the family room.
In searching the websites I came across www.truehardwoods.com
In this day and age it is difficult to find companies & employees who go out of their way to help you and give you the service that Seth has provided.
When I spoke to him on the phone he made you feel as if he had known you for years.
Seth was patient with all my questions and he didn’t rush or brush me aside. Dealing with Seth I felt very comfortable in ordering our flooring through True Hardwoods, even though I have never placed an order over the internet for such a large order.
Seth explained the whole process and made sure the shipment to us was sent on time.
In my opinion Seth is definitely committed to giving service to your customers and employees such as that are hard to come by.
Our new neighbors are thinking of installing wood flooring in their homes and I gave them your website should they decide to do so.
Please let Seth know he made a customer very happy and True Hardwoods should be very proud.

"Excellent service. By far the best price on the flooring I wanted by at least $0.65/sq ft. Delivery was to my driveway in a matter of a few days. Only issue is that it would have been nice to show the manufacturer-recommended adhesive for the vinyl tile I was buying. "

"I made a large flooring purchase from true hardwood - I was nervous making such a huge purchase over the Internet, but trusted the reviews and I am so glad I did. Customer service was awesome, delivery was prompt and without incident ( in fact, they resolved a glitch with the freight company- at their expense- that was really a result of our misunderstanding), and the flooring was exactly as hoped for and expected. But what was most amazing was the price- we bought the exact flooring we wanted, which we originally thought was out of our price range, for less than what we would have paid locally for significantly lesser quality floor. The floor is installed now and is gorgeous. Do not have any worries buying your flooring from this company- they are wonderful to work with, clearly make customer service a top priority, and their prices, as far as my extensive research could find, cannot be beat. This is only my second online review ever, but I really wanted to take the opportunity to commend this company. (btw, I am in New York- delivery was timely and trouble-free)."

"I found True Hardwoods on the internet while searching for hardwood flooring. My experience with them has been excellent. They followed up with my order and delivered as scheduled. Their customer service was also excellent. I received valuable information from them as well which helped in the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying flooring online. Also, their pricing was very competitive and saved $100's of dollars buying from them vs. local stores in my area."

"After an extensive search for hardwood flooring we decided on Anderson Virginia Vintage Mountain Lullaby. The only problem was the cost . Discovered True Hardwoods on line and they saved us $2.50 a sq. ft. Dustin was a big help in the purchase and communicated well. The 530 sq.ft. arrived within 5 days of shipping and the cartons were in excellent shape. This is a 5 star company that will give you 5 star sevice. They are rated A plus by the BBB and they deserve the rating. Great buying experience. jgraz3"

The product arrived in a short time, I was able to track the shipment easily while it was being delivered to Florida. I was very satisfied the way the transaction has been handled. "I ordered 36 cartons of Virginia Vintage Colonial Manor Hobnail on February 1, 2013. The internet site was was easy to place the order and I got an immediate confirmation once the order was placed. We received the shipment in Virginia via Southeast Freight Lines on Thursday, February 7, 2013. The cartons were well packed and no damage was found. The shipment arrived just as promissed by the freight company. I find this company to be first rate and willing to go above and beyond with any questions or problems which may arise. The price and shipping were very reasonable and the folks that work here were helpful and willing to go out of their way to see that we were happy with our purchase. This transaction was like buying from the corner floor store that you have shopped with for years. I would highly recommend True Hardwoods and would purchase from them in the future. "

"True Hardwoods sure knows how to please. Back in September,I ordered a kitchen floor with grout as part of an upcoming kitchen renovation. Almost 6 months later, I discovered that due to inaccurate color on my monitor, I ordered the wrong grout color!

I quickly called them, and Wade, the owner, couldn't have been more attentive. Based on the colors I wanted to bring out in the tile, he recommended the correct grout color and sent it out IMMEDIATELY... at no charge! He didn't even ask me to send the other grout back.

I am a very fussy purchaser, which may be why I love Nordstrom's. Unlike Nordstrom's, True Hardwoods has the best prices AND customer service that, for most businesses,seems to have gone out of style.

They have truly made a friend. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase anything from them in the future."
