"I naively bought 6 TVs for about $12k in total from true1080p.com. Not sure why I didnt read any feedback, they seemed honest on the phone (Jack assured me that everything was in stock and it would go out that afternoon at 1pm).... It's been 19 business days and I still have nothing. In trying to track my shipment I also learned that they "forgot" to ship one of the TVs and "forgot" to ship the "free wall mounts". In discussing how they would try to expedite the 6th TV and the wall mounts they tried to substitute a lower quality model for what I had paid for. Time will tell... but so far I have had a really really bad experience and nothing has even arrived yet???

Just to close the loop on these guys - the TVs (5 arrived after 4 weeks, and the 6th in week 5) . 5 were refurbished units(sold as new) and the last one was new. (ie. the refurbs were clearly returns that were repackaged and 4 of the 5 had dead pixels). 1080p denied that they had any knowledge that they were refurbs but after much heated discussion, I negotiated a settlement to avoid litigation (I a got portion of my $ refunded). I'm glad its over but I won't touch these guys ever again- it was my worst online experience ever. Good luck."

"I received a wall mount from True1080p, There was no documentation with it. There also seemed to have missing hardware. When i called to get an instalation manual I was tooled around for two days before getting an E-mail with the wrong manual. I had to E-mail the mount provider to get the proper manual.
I don't think i would deal with this company again

" I found their website online and ordered a Samsung LED 46" TV. The item was not in genuine Samsung packaging and
looked to have been opened and tested.
The owner (Henry) called - soon after this review was posted. Said he would do anything he could to take care of the problems. He did not have any 3D glasses (he said he would send them no charge if he had them). He seemed genuine. Overall the unit looks good. He says he buys them wholesale (new units) and has them tested and then repackages them - that's why no original packaging. Sounded sincere. Maybe I was a little harsh. Not too bad!

"Even though the website advertised "New factory sealed," I find it suspicious whether my TV was actually new since it arrived without a manual, inside component bags had been resealed, and certain TV features requiring activation by the consumer had already been activated. Also, even though I selected free shipping for 10-14 day delivery, they charged me for shipping. I informed them of the improper credit card charge and I was told that I should see the credit within a few days. It has been three months and I have yet to see the credit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. True1080p is their name, but FRAUD is their game. "

"BUYER BEWARE THIS STORE! Stay far far away from this store!! I placed an order sharp LC-70LE734u on 9/11 and 9/12 I got a call from a staff, asking me I should pay little bit more money to purchase another "upgraded" item. I told him that I didn't want to. After that, I was told he would process the order right away.

9/15 I checked the order status, it showed "NTN", so I called their "customer service" and was told the order was in "back order". They said the item "MAYBE" in store the end of this month (no guarantee)! However, from their website it still showed the product "in store available"!! One more thing I have to mention: every time when you called and asked their name, they would say Marc, John, David, Steve.... even 1 minute later you called back!

I became suspicous and started to do some research on-line about their "reputation". I saw many other same situation "victims" fell into their scams. I knew what was going on. Before I called them to cancel the order, they already changed my order status from "NTN" to "back order". I don't want to wait for another MINUTE; therefore, I called and cancelled the order--that was what they wanted anyway because they could not sell the item at their "PROMISE" price. I have to say it again: BUYER BEWARE THIS STORE!

Oh, I need to put star(s) for this store? Too bad I could not put a -(minus) star(s) to them :-("

"Aug 29 - Was contacted and told the storm on the East coast left my unit unavailable. My order was promptly cancelled with an immediate refund. While I didn't manage to get my unit, I was treated promptly and professionally by the folks at True1080p.com. My hopes go out for a quick recovery.

"After vooicing my, somewhat critical feedback, I was contacted by true1080p Management. I appreciate Henry taking the time and offering to satisfy and alleviate my concerns.Based on the follow-up customer service, I am changing my status to that of a "satisfied true1080p customer!"

"I get Sharp AQUOS LC60LE810UNDCDI W/Faroudja 60 in. LCD TV Edge LED - ATSC - NTSC. The transaction was seamless, professional and quick. I'm very happy.
