"Went to Truck Champ website to purchase nerf bars/side steps. After choosing Truck Champ branded product, I called their customer order line. Spoke with rep and also made mention of some of the negative reviews that I read regarding missing parts, wrong parts, long wait for replacement, etc. I was told that they were still catching up with XMAS rush and fulfilling previous orders. Rep stated that rested assured, everything would be taken care of and Truck Champ was working to address all consumers concerns. I placed the order and a little over week later, no email regarding shipping confirmation although my credit card had already been charged within the first few days. I called customer service and was told that the order was never placed (?). They said the nerf bars come out of a different warehouse and no one notified the warehouse to ship, but it would be taken care of immediately and I would get an email notification the same day. No email or call back came. I called again and they dropped the ball again. I demanded a refund. Within a few days, a refund was issued. At least the refund was no hassle."

"I had a good experience with truckchamp. I bought some nerf bars for my dodge ram 2010 last Tuesday, and the bars arrived on Thursday....so fast! They are much bigger than I thought they'd be, and they fit fine. I didn't call their customer service, so can't coment on that."
"Bought this top line - Stainless steel truck side step-bar/Nerf bar - just after 6 months, the rubber/plastic? step pad started to develop a crack! It is a poor material/design - because it cracked by itself! But TruckChamp refused to cover it, and will require about $30 for the replacement part! I feel it is rip-off!!! They sell you a product with inferior parts - and I am required to pay for the replacement!"
"I tried to order a bull bar for my husbands truck, went to truck champ website typed in the search his type of truck picked the bull bar I wanted and paid for it when it arrived it was for the wrong kind of truck. I called customer service and they said the only option I had was to pay to ship it back and reorder the one I tried to order in the first place. Horrible customer service will not order from them ever again."
"I ordered a vinyl tonneau cover for my 2008 Ford F-150 on July 24. Website indicated 1 day shipping. Four days later I received a phone call that item was "out of stock" and expected re-stock date was 8 days to 2 weeks. caller promised to return my money--paid by credit card. Checked my bank, next day...no refund. Called company about problem and was told that refunds were handled by accounting department and could take a week. I let them know about my displeasure with late notification of stocking difficulties and returns policy. Buyer beware of this company!!"
1.Item delivered was not as pictured on website. (False advertisement) 2. The mounting kit was MISSING! Yes MISSING! When I called to complain they said they would charge me shipping of $100 to ship it back when it was their error! They said the picture on the website is irrelevant b/c it was showing a different vehicle. WTF? Why show a picture of the bars if they're not the SAME ones!?!?!?!
Not wanting to pay the additional $100 I decided to settle with the WRONG BARS but asked them to send me my MISSING MOUNTING KIT.
I took everything to the shop. We open the newly delivered kit but discover that the NUTS, BOLTS, & 2 of the FRONT BRACKETS are MISSING!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!! How am I supposed to get it installed with everything MISSING?!?!?!?! This is the 2nd time they sent it and it's still missing parts! WTF!
I am so angry at their incompetence and lack of accountability. They are unprofessional and don't deliver you the right item nor the complete set of parts! Invest your money elsewhere so you don't get stuck with the wrong items & bars you can't even mount to your truck! "

"I ordered stainless nerf bars for 2005 Silverado. Arrived ok in 7-8 days. Also just purchased a Extang tonneau cover will let you know how that goes later."
"I ordered 1 Truck Bed Mat and Tailgate Protector. I received two of each instead of one and when I contacted them they said I would have to pay a restocking fee AND pay for return shipping. When I explained that I only ordered one they would not make any consessions."
