"Bought a Canon A40 camera from them off a link on pricewatch. When i got to the site i was pleasantly surprised to find the price was $15 cheaper than the advertised price on pricewatch. The camera arrived well-packaged in a full retail box. I'm satisfied."

"I ordered a Nikon lens and Nikon SC17 flash extension cord. I placed my order after 3PM on Wed. I had the equipment in my office by 1PM on Thursday. I rate this as excellent service. The salesman assured me the order would ship the same day via FedEx, and it did. Good prices and USA warranty goods. No "hard Sell" push to buy accessories. I would do business with them again."

"After reading the reviews for several resellers on this website I was a little weary about buying from Tristate. I called and ordered the Sony DCR-TRV22 and an extra battery NP-QM91. The price for the camera was one of the lowest (excluding the scam resellers) and the price for the battery was the lowest out of any of the retailers. I asked if the product came with USA warranty and was told yes. Ordering was not a hassle and went smoothly. I asked for the regular shipping and was told the camcorder will come in about a week. Two days latter a box shows up with both the camcorder and battery just as I had ordered. I am very pleased with their service and the shipping could not get any better. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I ordered a Canon 10D over the phone on 1-7-04.
The salesman, David, did have suggestions on some accessories, but no hard sell at all. And the things he suggested were all specials with very good prices.
We had a small glitch with our credit card, absolutely no fault of Tri-State, but they called us to tell us the problem. After we got it straight with the card company, Tri-State checked a couple times for us to make sure everything went OK.
I paid for next day, and since I ordered late in the evening, they got it out the next day as promised, and it is safe and sound with me at about 2pm friday, 1-9-04.
All-round, TriState did this right."

"I orderred the DiMage A1 camera on Presidents Day and paid for next day delivery...and it came the next day. The shipping was $5.00 less than the thier WWW page stated and the Mack 3 year extended warrenty was less than 1/2 what the page said. No pressure was made to get me purchase any extras. Everything came in perfect shape with a USA warenty.
And the A1 ia the BEST digital camera I have ever used!

"Ordered a Minolta digital camera and Epson printer. Couldn't be sure about a couple of accessories on their web site so phoned. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful suggestion but didn't push. Placed the order to come ground on March 16th, it was at my door March 18th. Must have been packed and shipped the day I order.

Wouldn't effect my ordering but they do print the entire credit card number on the enclosed invoice, and they weren't quite sure about the Epson printer rebates although they double checked while I waited.

Definitely would order from them again. Prompt, efficient, and helpful."

"I only wrote this review because I felt Tristate deserves far more credit than it is getting. I ordered a professional camera bag getting the best price on the internet (after extensive research). The item included tracking and arrived promtly. I was very happy too when I recived a newer and better model than I expected. Great transaction!"

""Jack" (salesman)was great to do business with, no hassles! Very personable.Everything on time.In good condition..packing was just under par(and shipping was a bit pricey).
I ordered another camera and same happy results.!!

Jack "soft-sold" me a case & filters I didn't want, but now I will find out about their return policy......stand by for an update.

Can't undrstand the bad ratings..Perhaps some of their salesmen are scammers??? I dont think its a bad company at all. Ask for Jack. I reccomend calling in orders to avoid "verification emails". (Get the soft-sell overwith first).

PS:(I got screwed by A&M Photo world though ,so Im very picky about who I would rate as good). "
