TSC customer service swears they have never had a return so they could not have shipped a return. Speaking with Wilson customer service, they assured me they would never ship a unit that had the individual item packages already opened (tape seals cut). So who do you believe? Since Wilson is sending me a replacement unit, no questions asked, I would tend to believe the manufacturer, Wilson. So, buyer beware! I have to admit that TSC customer service(Steve) was polite enough but quite possibly misinformed. Steve did indicate that in his checking of the inventory, there were many boxes in the same condition; already opened. These folks advertise discontinued HDTVs at great prices and then call you on the phone to offer you a current model at the same price. The current model is selling elsewhere for much less. Because it is not the TV you were originally purchasing on line the free shipping does not apply. You find this out the hard way. You also find out while the unit is in transit that Tristate Camera has a no return policy on TVs. I have never been so blatantly ripped off. BEWARE!!!!
