Very easy ordering instructions to follow and complete discription of the item I was interested in purchasing, also variety to choose from. I look forward to ordering more products in the future.

This is such fun--for several years, I have wanted a "theater-style" popcorn maker and finally treated myself to an early Christmas present. Finding the product originally online was really easy and ordering was even easier. The package came in less time than anticipated. After trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong in attaching the crank handle, by accident I discovered it worked when put in counter-clockwise! Then, when I tried to use it for the first time last night, it churned once or twice, then made a "grrr" sound and stopped. When I called your customer service department this afternoon, Katie (I think) recommended putting fewer kernels in (I had used the enclosed measuring scoop) and see if that solves the problem. I can't wait to try it again tonight! Thank you, I look forward to finding more fun things from your company in the future. Kathy Kenyon

Hello, place an order via the internet and send the required documents and a few days ago.
I have not received any mail with confirmation recpecion documents.
Would you like to know if something is missing?, When it is to process the order?

My experience with TriState Camera has been good but I can tell you better when I receive the merchandise which should be in a couple of days. There was a problem with their (TriState Camera) use of my credit card as the fraud department for the credit card company held up the transaction for a couple of days.

Hi,
I ordered the Nikon Coolpix P80 Digital camera along with some accessories and by accident I added the wrong battery. This guy Gary, who was extremely friendly and polite called me to make sure that the battery wasn't ordered by error he then changed the order with the correct battery at the same cost. I was very happy that they made the effort to call; this saved me a lot of aggravation before my vacation trip. The package arrived on time as scheduled with all the right accessories I love the camera and I would without hesitation recommend this retailer to my family and friends.

I have taken a few pictures and a few videos. I like what I see as the looks of the camera but I have a long way to go in discovering all the options. When I have more time to check on that I will forward more info.

I am very happy with the products that are available at their store. The prices I believe are very good. I will be coming back to shop with them in the future. My camera arrived today, it took a lot less time than I expected. They did call me because the color I had order, they didn't have in stock, which was OK with me. The order for a lens was placed via their web site on Thursday. A salesman emailed me and asked that I call him. I called on Friday and he said there were no problems and asked if I needed filters. I told him no. He was polite and applied no pressure.
Then, on the following Monday, I got a call from TriState and was told my credit card was denied. I gave them a different card, and the order was completed.
Today, on Friday, the lens arrived and so far I am happy with my purchase.
On Saturday, I noticed that there was no warranty card or owner's manual shipped with the lens.
This could be a problem as I did not order a grey-market lens.
More to follow.
Peter Ryan (from TriState) called today and explained that it was a demo lens and offered me a three-year warranty and the owner's manual. When they arrive, I'll report back here and offer a summary of my feelings about this transaction.
The MACK lens warranty arrived yesterday and it is available for $40 at Amazon. Peter had told me that it was a $100 value. OK, so much for price. We all know how "flexible" some prices are. But, a search for user satisfaction for MACK warranties was not encouraging. I would much rather have the Canon warranty that I paid for.
Bottom line: this has not been a satisfying transaction. I received a good lens, but I did not order a grey market lens and that is what I received (called Canon and they cannot confirm one way or the other). I was not sure if I should order on line from a company I had never done business with. The day after placing my order I received a call from TriState confirming my order. The camera arrived a few days later in one piece. It was exactly what I had ordered. I was very pleased with the customer service from TriState. I am sure I will do business with them in the future.

Hello everyone, this is an updated rating for TriState camera. My intial review for them was very negative due to the fact that I had ordered a Nikon D90 from their online store and had gotten a grey market camera even though I had confirmed on the phone with two reps that I was ONLY in the market for USA model. Well, although that had happened, their customer service rep Sol was able to rectify the situation after I was on the phone with them the following day by assuring me that a new USA camera will be shipped to me immediatly. Although I had to pay for the return shipment on the original camera, I was somewhat ok with that only on the condition that the new camera was shipped to me via two day. I did receive the USA camera as promised.
I did not get into much of a debate on why they originally sent me a grey market camera but I can only tell you that when ordering your product online, call them and speak with someone and CLEARLY ask and write down the name of all those you spoke with about your item and whether or not it is a grey market item before confirming your order. And make them aware that you do NOT want a grey market item if you are in the market for a USA item. This review was modified by its author, ND244, on
