The best thing was when I needed a copy of the invoice to file a warranty claim with Square Trade (8 months later), I needed a copy of the original invoice, and the customer service rep at TriState dug through the records until he came up with a copy. They could have easily said they didn't have it and hung up on me, but even after not finding it immediately, he continued to search until he found it.
