"My order was placed on 11/25/2011, I emailed a question regarding my order and without contacting me first, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled and that I would receive a credit to my account. That has been over 3 weeks ago and I have not received my credit OR my order!! I have called numerous times and have emailed numerous times and have gotten absolutely NO response!!! With Christmas less than 2 weeks away I'm worried that this won't be resolved in time. If asked, I would not recommend this company."
