I have attempted to get them to correct the situation, have sent them proof of their error with copies of paperwork, photo's of the parts received, etc. but they refuse to respond. I have had to file a dispute on the charges to my credit card company due to their non response.<br>If they would respond, correct the shipment error and send me what I actually ordered I would have no issues with paying for the parts. I needed a simple marker light for my Scion. I needed the light for the left hand side of the car. They sent me the right. I checked my order to be sure I had ordered the correct part. I had. I looked at the packaging for the part I received and it appeared that they had made no differentiation between the left and right side lights, despite there being a very plain R and L stamped into the parts.<br><br>What really galled me was the fact that, when I called to try and sort the mess out, I got an answering machine, despite the fact it was 10 minutes prior to closing. The phone only went to the answering machine after ringing for long enough for it to be after closing, so either someone was sitting there ignoring my call, or they simply went home early. Either way, not what I'd consider quality customer service.<br><br>The really frustrating thing was the lack of responsiveness the following day. When I was finally contacted, it was by email, not phone, and they contended they had sent me the correct part. I responded that they had in fact not and that I expected the correct part to be over-nighted to me immediately, as my fleet vehicle had failed inspection because of this one light and their mistake now meant our company vehicle had to drive around at risk of getting a ticket. It is now several days later, and I have yet to receive any further word on my order.<br><br>Overall, a very negative customer experience.
