"I have only placed two orders with this company. The first order i got on time with no problem i was satisfied. Recently placed an order back in November. That i have still yet to receive. I noticed that in my eemailit have the tracking number and it was being sent to an address that I haven't lived there in over 3 years secondly when I called to rectify the situation they told me that they will wait for the product to get shipped to his destination have it sent back to the post office then to their company where they will then send me a full refund and my product free of charge to this day I have still yet to receive my product I have seny email in which i have never gotten any response to , i have called several times and the customer service representatives are always disgustingly have, over talking me, cutting me off when I'm speaking and generally just making me feel as if I don't know how to order something offline I was told that I was going to receive a full refund and the supervisor refuses to give me it said claiming that I can only receive one or the other and no circumstances have I ever ordered anything off line and it took over a month to ship when it was only supposed to be 7 to 10 days except for once when I order from the website wish and even then I still receive my product and my full refund once I asked for it almost every time I've ordered offline and and something like this in the situation happens I've usually gotten either some type of customer credit or my full refund in addition to my product this company is a complete rip-off they overcharge for products, prices inflate almost every other day and they charge way more than their competitors product that I ordered in the beginning of November I will not receive until January"

"Horrible customer service. Misleading product advertisement. Way overcharged for shipping. When I received the items, they were different than advertised, then I saw the shipping charges. I called to return the items and the not-so-friendly lady said they would not return the items or shipping. When asked for her manager she said that would be the owner of the company and he will not talk to customers. What a rip off company. "

"Ok so I know many of you have had issues with Toywiz, some recent and some in the past. 7 days ago I had a terrible experience with an ebay seller trying to buy a birthday present for my child. After much frustration I made an impulse buy with the first online store that had the item i was looking for, that store was Toywiz. After my transaction cleared I then looked at reviews and admittedly was scared I was going to go through the same frustration again with Toywiz as with the ebay seller. I was up all night thinking of all the bad things that would go wrong with my order because of the reviews i read. The next morning I was dead set on trying to cancel my order however when I called the customer service line just after opening hours I spoke with a pleasent young lady who I expressed my concerns to. I eneded up keeping my order and asked if there was anyway to try and expedite my order so that I would have it in time for my child's Birthday which is tomorrow November 3rd. She explained that there was usually a 2 day handling period but that she would speak to the warehouse manager to see if she could get it ready for shipping that same day. She told me to wait for the tracking in my email and to use that as my timeline guide. Low and behold by the end of the day a UPS tracking number appeared in my email from UPS directly. Still weary of my order I kept checking to see if the item was in transit, and the next day it was! Today is November 2nd and my package has arrived in perfect condition! So as for my experience it was a very pleasing and fast transaction. I am a collector of many vintage toys as well and honestly I think as long as your not buying pre orders from Toywiz just to save a couple bucks you should be fine. If you all are truly collectors then I am sure you have your own channels to get your precious pre order items from with no worries at all as I do. So for the regular consumer I say give them a chance, they have really good deals on items that are in walmart and toys r us, etc which I am sure you will have no problem receiving in a timely manner. Thank you Toywiz for helping my child have an awesome birthday!"

"This is the VERY WORST INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION I'VE EVER HAD! I never had problems ordering internationally, but THIS! Not only they overcharge with the retail price, they OVERCHARGE SHIPPING as well! Freakin' hell! Not only that, I RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEMS due to POOR PACKAGING! If you are outside the US, DON'T BUY FROM TOYWIZ! LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES, GUYS!"

"I was one of the few that had a good experience with ToyWiz. I paid via paypal and purchases 6x Pops that vary between 30usd-80usd each, Im an in-box Pop Collector, so box conditions are important to me, hearing all the reviews got me a little worried, but I took a chance. My parcel arrived in Sydney, Australia within 5 business days and all my pops came in perfect condition! I was extremely happy and will buy from ToyWiz again. "

"JUST TO BEGIN WITH, I PLACED MY ORDERS IN EARLY NOVEMBER OVER $500 DOLLARS WORTH. THEN AS TIME WENT BY TWO WEEKS NEVER HEARD ANYTHING SO I START LOOKING TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY ORDERS "CALL US, THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER" AND ALSO "YOUR ORDERS HAS BEEN CANCELLED". SO I CALLED AND THAT WAS A BIG WASTE OF TIME THIS GOES ON UNTIL TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS?! THEY KEPT CANCELLING ORDERS THEN REINSTATING THEM OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER SHOPPING ONLINE! THREE OF THE ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED, SO I RETURN THEM AND ME PAYING THE S/H THEY WOULD ONLY REFUND ME BACK 70% OF THE ITEMS ORIGINAL COST! I sent a message asking about the status and was given a vague brush-off which felt like a form letter. October went by, then a week into November I sent another message and received no response at all that time. I cancelled the order and bought it through Wal-Mart and had it in three days."
"I ordered from them two times and both time I received everything in mint condition and safely packaged in less than 5 days after the payment. That's pretty amazing considering I live in Canada ! Every time I had a question I was answered in less than an hour by email and had excellent customer service. "I spent a lot of time shopping around online checking prices of an item that I wanted to buy, and found that Toywiz had these items listed on their website for a good price. Not insanely discounted, mind you, but a good price. So I placed an order through them, even though their shipping was really expensive for the relative size of the package. Two days later I receive an email from Toywiz saying that they didn't have the items in stock so they had to cancel my order and issue me a refund. I logged back into the site ASAP and immediately saw that they DID have the items in stock and that they had relisted the items for much higher than what I had purchased them for. Coincidence? Definitely not. I will never shop from Toywiz. This kind of business practice shows that they care little about their reputation, as evidenced by the slew of negative reviews they've received."
"Horrible experience. After placing an order for a hasbro dinosaur and paying for express shipping (which cost more than the item itself) I received 3 emails and one phone call from toy whiz stating there was a "minor problem" with the order. I was camping and could not be reached, when I call them back, they stated, they wanted to confirm rush delivery....um...didn't my paying you $23.00 confirm that???? Anyways, when I inquired how paying for Rush is worth it when it actually delayed my order the rep became impolite and said "that's jusT the way it is".... Order cancelled, item bought off eBay at a better price and lower shipping cost, oh and it will be here in 2 days. Save your money and shop somewhere else!!!!!!"
"I pre- ordered a figure from toywiz on 11-29-14. Today is 6-9-15 I have not received the figure yet. Every time I call to find out what the deal is some customer service rep gives me the same response , Like he or she is reading it from there manual. "The supplier pushed back the release date"Well the truth is the supplier did not push back the release date because people who ordered from there competitor have already received there item months ago. Now I'm stuck with a pre-order that was unfulfilled and every where else is sold out, Guess im stuck buying from eBay and paying double. Do not buy from Toy wiz ,terrible customer service they are happy to take your money on items they do not have or wont get."
"I ordered 3 vinyl figures from toywiz.com. I got a call 2 days after my order saying that they were out of stock for one item but had a damaged box. Online it was posted as cheaper but on the phone, the representative never mentioned it. I brought it up and did receive a discount. When I received my items 5 days later (it was timely), I received 2 of the correct items but one was completely wrong. I contacted them through phone and email but have not received a message back yet. I ordered this two items before my daughters birthday in order to ensure there would be no worries of it not arriving on her birthday but apparently toywiz.com cannot update their website properly nor send the write packages. I'm very disappointed but am satisfied with the timely arrival. "
