It has taken weeks for a supposedly in warehouse order to get assembled and they STILL did not include my complete order :( Almost a month later I am still trying to get them to even acknowledge my order was even placed. "I placed an order on 12/16/2010. Today is 3/21/2011 and it finally arrived. 95 days later. The stuff I did order in December was for my son's 3rd birthday, in February. FAIL FAIL FAIL. I will not do business with toywiz again not because this is the first time but because this happens every time I place an order there it takes months for delivery. E-Bay, Amazon, tons of other sites I can get overnight if I want to. "A bit pricey if you are willing to find it cheaper on an online auction site. But I would have to say that they do have quick shipping. Not sure if I would order again, but only as a last resort do to the higher than average prices."
"Similar to what appear to be poor reviews already provided by other customers -- I can attest to their poor customer service. We purchased a toy, it arived in a reasonable time frame, but arrived broken. I notified Toywiz on that same day of the product defect and returned the toy at my cost, looking only for a replacement. Toywiz did not have an exact replacement and sent a toy that was $5 less (verified by their own invoice). They refuse to fefund the difference, and refuse to refund my shipping cost on the return. I do not recommend this retailer. "

"Placed an order online on Dec 26th. Paid thru Paypal immediatly. Order status was not available on Jan 3rd upon request. Got notified from PayPal about a partial refund from Toywiz on Jan 7th. No e-mail from Toywiz with any information about this whatsoever.Totally not acceptable. If you like to be kept in the dark about your already paid order, go ahead.Otherwise if you like to be informed immediately if there are problems with fulfilling the order (like all the others I´ve done business with do) stay well clear of toywiz.com T. "I ordered several in-stock items and one that was for preorder. This was on August 11th and they are now listing my preorder as in stock; however, I have not gotten my order. I have e-mailed them twice and they just told me that the item is still preorder. I have also tried to call, but no answer. I have had good luck with them in the past, just avoid their preorders!UPDATE: I finally got through to them a year later! By then they were willing to try and just ship my non-preorder items and then it turned out that those items were no longer in stock (they didn't even hold them for me). I see a few other figures I want there that I haven't been able to find anywhere else but it's not worth it. I'll just go without."
"I placed my very first order with Toywiz several days ago and, last night at 9:45 at night, I received a phone call from their customer service requesting that I call them back. First off, no one should be calling about an issue like this at 9:45. This is NOT good customer service.Secondly, I call back to find out that my item is not in stock and won't be able to be ordered. Not a huge problem except it STILL says "in stock" on their website. http://www.toywiz.com/cobostwaclvo1.htmlNot very accurate. I was given an excuse that it's busy around Christmastime. That same CSR ALSO told me that she would get me a refund immediately.5 hours later, I had to call AGAIN to request my refund. "Very slow processing time. I placed an order on August 25, 2009...as of August 31, 2009...it is still "processing" meaning it hasn't even shipped yet. I think a week to pack six items in a box and drop them in the mail is more than enough time....yet for Toywiz it isn't. Shop elsewhere if you want your package in a timely manner."

"BAD EXPERIENCE. Ordered a Star Wars toy on pre-order, it never showed. They kept telling me it just wasn't in. But they made it available on their website for double the price for those who wanted it badly enough. What a scam. After 6 weeks, I cancelled the order. Got it from another company in 2 days. My Kindergartener waited by the mail box everyday for Toywiz. This is a shameful company. Take your business elsewhere."
"AWESOME - THESE PEOPLE ROCK!! I needed a case of 12 Star Wars 30th Anniv. Wave 5 action figures for my son's Christmas present and could not find it anywhere. If I could find it, it was pre-order only with delivery in January - that would not make him light up on Christmas....then I saw "Toywiz" on google - they had it - they had it and it was in stock, no way I thought. I submitted my order and watched my email for any sign that this case of 12 characters would arrive after Christmas - THE CASE ARRIVED AT MY DOOR TODAY 12/19 - YES YES!!! Thank You TOYWIZ - we will be doing business again I can assure you of that - thank you again and Happy Holidays!!If you are thinking of ordering from TOYWIZ - please do with confidence - they take good care of their customers and deliver quality."
"Toywiz had a good price on a hard to find out of print item (Mage Knight 3d Dungeons Starter Pack) and I placed an order online for three. The next day I got an email letting me know they only had one in stock, and offering me a refund of my order. I opted for the refund, but then a service rep called to let me know I could purchase the one they had and they would refund the difference to my Paypal account. I accepted that offer.As far as I can tell the Paypal refund was submitted and the item shipped that very same day! The guy I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and I was impressed by their customer service and speedy shipping. The item was as described, packed appropriately, and arrived undamaged.Of course, it would have been better if their online site had kept me from ordering more items than they had in stock in the first place, which is the only reason I'm knocking them down a point."
"I ordered two action figures for a Christmas present. I didn't see an update on their site with a shipping number. I waited a few days, mostly because I got busy. On day four after the order, I sent an email requesting status. They sent back an email a few hours later with the tracking number. UPS actually delivered the items the same day. This was only four days from the order date. I also got another email from ToyWiz showing the item was delivered -manually sent with my original attached. I really appreciate the good communication at a busy shipping time.Update: I was checking email and they did send me tracking info. It was from "QuantumView". I think I saw it when it was first sent, then lost track. So, I really didn't need to contact their customer service. The good part is they passed my test."
