"This product and site was fantastic!! The price was great and the product turned out better than what we expected. We love the table and can't wait to present it to our daughter on her birthday. Totally Furniture gave me a sense of security that I never gotten even with the local retailers. :)"

"I decided to buy from Totally Furniture on 4/7 after reading mostly favorable reviews of this online store on other sites. I was very pleased with the prices for the two Powell furniture pieces I ordered, and the shipping charges were reasonable. I received a prompt order confirmation email on the same day, then on 4/10 I received a note with the expected order shipment date of 4/12. On 4/11, I received a note with the tracking numbers and target delivery date, and my credit card was charged. The items arrived on schedule and in good condition, and meet all my expectations. I would purchase from Totally Furniture again."

"My order was shipped in a timely fashion and the lens was perfect, better then described. I had also ordered a small accessory (lens cap), which, unfortunately was not in as good condition as I had hoped, but Laura at KEH replied quickly and offered me a full refund without even having to return the product.

Cliffs: Fast shipping, excellent product (with a small exception, can't blame them), phenomenal support. I've found a new camera store!

"I love my large hand painted kitchen island I ordered from totally furniture. they went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly waht I was looking for. The piece is so beautiful and the quality is excellent. I will reorder with this company again, as I could not be happier. I just can't stop smiling, I'm so excited about it. It's beautiful!"

"I purchased bar stools from Totally Furniture and was so pleased with the customer service, along with the quality of the stools. I worked directly with the same customer service representative the whole time and she worked with the manufacturer to make sure the fabric was exactly what I wanted. The prices are hard to beat and I would definitely recommend going with Totally Furniture for your next home purchase!"

"I ordered a Mission Oak 46-Inch Corner TV Stand thru TotallyFurniture.com and quickly received a call from Jim telling me the stand I ordered was out of stock but I could get another that was cheaper, same quality but a differnet color. I decided to stick with my original order even though it would be back ordered. What a great idea that was since the piece arrived earlier than I expected. It is veneered Oak over popular, no pressword, easy to put together, solid, beautiful finish, and exactly what I wanted.
TotatllyFurniture.com [and Jim] went out of thier way to ensure I recieved what if wanted. Very pleased with the quality and thier service is awesome."

"I was browsing the internet for a glass coffee table not really expecting to buy furniture I had not seen directly. I saw a coffee table on Totally Furniture's website that was even better than what I thought I wanted. It was perfect, and the price was incredible. I ordered it, requesting a two week delay in delivery. It arrived precisely when I wanted it. There was a small problem about the item's code number. I called customer service right away and Debbie responded within a half hour with a solution that was more than generous. Four days later I received my "revised" original coffee table. I think the way a company handles problems is an indication of genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I look forward to buying from Totally Furniture again -- and again."

"I placed two separate orders for diningroom chairs and kitchen chairs. While placing my orders, all questions were answered promptly. I had a couple of questions that needed some research and after accomplishing their research, they got back to me immediately. They also made some excellent suggestions and those suggestions helped me out so much. I felt like I knew these people personally and it was like talking to a long time friend. Unfortunately upon receipt of the chairs, one of them was damaged. I called Totally furniture and the issue was resolved within an hour. They contacted the company and a replacement was ordered. I will definately use Totally furniture again. The customer service is the best!!! Normally I like to see furniture before ordering it but working with Totally Furniture was such a great experience that I am now "hooked" on working with them.

Usually I don't give a rating of 5 unless it is perfect and this experience was."

"I ordered assorted items for a major bathroom renovation. Totally Furniture had very competitive prices. I ultimately chose Totally Furniture mainly because of various positive online reviews I read. Others had similar, and even slightly lower prices, but their reputations were subpar.

The stuff I ordered was shipped directly from the manufacturer. Very fast shipping. Some of the items arrived damaged. As you can imagine, I was not happy. This feeling disappeared, however, during my efforts to get everything resolved with Totally Furniture. They have a quote on their website: "Customer service is our #1 priority. We care about your needs! We seek to understand it and work with you toward meeting it." Well, in the end, they stuck by their word and everything worked out to my satisfaction. Was I extremely unhappy and frustrated about the damage? Absolutely. However, Totally Furniture's response made me a happy customer (responsive to my emails, with no delays). I recommend the company to anyone who is looking for very competitive prices and values customer service."

"I recently ordered the Santino Black Flat Panel Prepac-BAS-6310 LCD / Plasma TV Console. Shipping for the stand was quick, an arrived in good shape. The stand is perfect for what I wanted. I have a Sharp, 70" tv on the stand, and this was one of the few stands I found that worked width wise for the tv. The stand is great looking, contemporary, and holds all my components and dvds, etc.

I had one issue of a few small scratches on the stand, and I actually broke the glass in one of the drawer fronts by accident during the assembly process. I contacted customer service and received prompt response, as well as a replacement drawer front and a stain pen to take care of the scratches. If I have a need in the future for any extra furniture peices, I will definitely check this website first, and also recommend it to anyone I know that may need a new peice of furniture in the future!"
