My order was shipped in a timely fashion and the lens was perfect, better then described. I had also ordered a small accessory (lens cap), which, unfortunately was not in as good condition as I had hoped, but Laura at KEH replied quickly and offered me a full refund without even having to return the product.  
 
Cliffs: Fast shipping, excellent product (with a small exception, can't blame them), phenomenal support. I've found a new camera store!

I decided to buy from Totally Furniture on 4/7 after reading mostly favorable reviews of this online store on other sites. I was very pleased with the prices for the two Powell furniture pieces I ordered, and the shipping charges were reasonable. I received a prompt order confirmation email on the same day, then on 4/10 I received a note with the expected order shipment date of 4/12. On 4/11, I received a note with the tracking numbers and target delivery date, and my credit card was charged. The items arrived on schedule and in good condition, and meet all my expectations. I would purchase from Totally Furniture again.

This product and site was fantastic!! The price was great and the product turned out better than what we expected. We love the table and can't wait to present it to our daughter on her birthday. Totally Furniture gave me a sense of security that I never gotten even with the local retailers. :)
