"Totalvac is the worst online place to do business with. I live in a rural area and am dependent on internet businesses to supply myself, which is why I have used Totalvac several times. I won't make this mistake again. Each time I've ordered, there are more issues that make delivery difficult, at least, that's what I'm told by their customer disservice. Because I've had so many problems with them in the past, this time I called ahead to make sure they had my part in stock. I was told there shouldn't be a problem. HA! So far, it has been 10 days and still waiting. I don't usually pay much attention to customer reviews online, but please don't make the same mistake I did. Do not order anything from Totalvac. You would be better off without what ever you are ordering, your sanity is worth something. "
"Found this review site only AFTER waiting 2 weeks for my parts. Parts were for a Kenmore vac, work perfectly and at half the price as Sears wanted. But customer service is important to me, and I had to inquire about my order after hearing nothing for 5 days; I then rec'd a reply the next day apologizing and saying parts were being packed for shipping "soon". They actually shipped 4 days after that (I was never notified, but found out by checking my order status on their site), and arrived 3 days after they were shipped. Poor communication cost them stars from me. Satified with the parts, but would've appreciated better communication & faster shipping. ("
"How this company is still in business is beyond me. I ordered a replacement part on 3/2/13 and paid more for FedEx shipping and I have never reviewed any word from their company about the status. I have called and emailed multiple times. FINALLY!! I posted on their Facebook page about the status of my order and wow!! SOMEONE RESPONDS!!! They tell me they employ five people and answer phones and emails from the moment they clock in to when they leave. BS!!! Then they said well do you want us to just cancel the order? How can it be cancelled?!!! It's been almost a week and I paid for FedEx delivery surely it's in transit!! I just want a tracking number !!! But they have no answer for that. So it has never been shipped!!! I wanted to shampoo my carpets before my husband came home from Afghanistan but i guess not!! Worthless !"
"I just had a GOOD experience with totalvac.com, so feel compelled to write in. I too, read all the reviews before ordering online, but since they had what I was looking for, and for the best price, I decided to give it a go.I ordered vacuum bags for my huge shop vac. I went online and used a coupon for $$ off shipping, which worked.The order came within a week (given the holidays, that was what they told me, and I expected).Overall, I would give this seller 5-stars for an good service and product experience.Good luck, and look for their online coupons!"

When I emailed them they told me they shipped it to the wrong adress and they tried to contact me (not!). Three weeks for a vacum cleaner part and I paid for rush shipping!! LOL... finally I got them to credit me my shipping charges back. I'll NEVER buy from them again."
"I was a return customer to Totalvac and I'm sorry I did. I ordered a specific blender blade and they, after weeks passed, sent what they called a superior one. It was not the same type and after going through their return system, they refunded only the cost of the blade. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau and they managed to get their shipping cost refunded to me but not the shipping cost I incured sending it back. Their correspondence via the BBB was quite arrogant and did not offered to send the blade I ordered, I will not buy from them again."

"This was a horrible place to business with. I waited almost 4 weeks to receive my products and when I did they had switched out cheap replacements for the expensive name brand ones I purchased. I filed a claim with Paypal, but they never responded to Paypal inquiries. I even mailed product back and I had to wait and wait and wait for a refund (which was given by Paypal because totalvac never responded to even one Paypal inquiry. HORRIBLE COMPANY. DISHONEST THIEVES."
