I have only had a problem with something being out of stock after ordering once, and their fit is consistent. Non-Torrid brand clothes run smaller, so I order a size up. I am just so happy to have found them and I wish they were around when I was in high school. They have set the bar for trendy plus-size clothes for young women, and every time I have called customer service they have been great. "Had a broken item sent to me. It was on clearance with a clearly labeled "all sales are final" sign. A few days later I had them ask to rate my experience with the products I bought, and I left them mediocre feedback and complained about my experience. Needless to say, they came back and apologized to me and gave me a refund for the broken merchandise. I was absolutely impressed with how they handled things. "
