Not only do they have the BEST prices (after searching the internet on several camping items) BUT their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. Unfortunately, the product that I ordered was defective upon arrival. I emailed the company and had a reply the SAME DAY. Not only from a very friendly/helpful cust. service rep but the owner, David Sturgeon, even sent me an email with his apology for shipping a defective item AND following up for a quick and "painless" exchange or refund. Again, I can't say enough about this company. I do most of my shopping on the internet and this is by far the BEST company I have done business with. I look forward to future purchases with them. "
