"I'm not sure how quickly ToolKing was submitting orders for the Festool Reconditioned tool sale. I purchased my products very early (within 30 minutes of receiving the email) yet was only able to purchase two of the three items. Regarding the specific order # referenced in this review for a Festool Reconditioned Kapex saw, I did not receive it. A week later I called a local store also participating in the Festool Reconditioned program and they were able to secure a Kapex saw for me. Perhaps ToolKing is too big or too focused on the simplicity of online orders and didn't recognize the effort required to close this sale successfully. Also, they charged shipping even though all products were shipping out of Festool's repair center. Other vendors were not charging shipping."
