I received email within 48 hours as promised on website that stated that a new cable was shipped right away. They did not even ask me to ship back the damaged cable. "Right from the start this company lied to me. They said they were shipping from the US but when the package arrived weeks later, it had a Chinese customs declaration on it. One of the enclosed cables did not work and they offered "points" instead of a new cable! I don't want or need "points". I want a new working cable. Don't buy from these people!!!"
