"We attempted to cancel the order with no success. Our credit card was charged before the item (which we never received)even shipped. We were told that you needed a Picture of the credit card (which increases possible cc fraud). We contacted the credit card provider and refused the charges. Was never able to get a straight answer or speak with a person. "

The power bank that I received appears to be fake. Security code (28168 - 84095 - 47011 - 07541) was used 3347 times before which means that many units are sold with the same security code (security code allows you to check if you have an original or a fake unit).

USB ports are mounted incorrectly, the cable is not an original one.

It weighs 252g, the real one weighs 350g according to Xiaomi website.

I'm really disappointed.

"I ordered a lighter and it came damaged so I did the customer chat and sent a picture of the pin was not there that turns it on. Now I see the pin is broke off inside the lighter.. Bad weld to the lever..
Got a refund no problem. very fast and good service. first time anything damaged from Tmart. Item was packed good. this was the makers bad weld of metal pin to lever.

"I got everything, but it took a while. Was disappointed that a very small item that was listed as in stock at the US warehouse arrived three weeks later from Nanjing China. Still awesome to be able to get something from china for three bucks."

"Number one I was treated very rudely by your reps. I was trying to return the product because it wouldn't set up and work in my car. I needed a shipping label and they refused to give me one. Then they wanted me to take a video which was impossible for me to do.
I will never buy anything from your company again and will not recommend you to anyone I know.

"Purchased a drum set for my grandson. Everything was fine, until the box was delivered. They put a large box inside a larger box, with ZERO packing, and the smaller box bounced around inside the large box for it's entire journey. Pieces were broken, of course. Plus, it was very poor quality, and will not last very long. Will not buy from again."
