"Right from the start this company lied to me. They said they were shipping from the US but when the package arrived weeks later, it had a Chinese customs declaration on it. One of the enclosed cables did not work and they offered "points" instead of a new cable! I don't want or need "points". I want a new working cable. Don't buy from these people!!!"
"They sent me a faulty, returned-to-stock TV mount bracket and expect me to pay most of the shipping costs to return the item. Their policy is to only pay a maximum of 30% of the items value in return shipping, regardless of whether the customer has decided the item was wrong, or it is a faulty item.I recommend you only order small items from this store, and one at a time (its free shipping to you after all)."
"I bought what was supposed to be a memory card for my Wii. Not only did it take twice as long to arrive, what they sent me does NOT go to a Wii at all! They have ignored every email and telephone message I sent them requesting a replacement or refund."

I received only three (3) batteries on 4/26/2013 with one battery (GTL 3000mAh) missing, apparently short-shipped. Since then I have followed up with Tmart numerous times, sending them pictures of my original order, payment proof, the three batteries received and their envelope shipping the order. "I ordered Tiaras for my wedding, it was meant to be despatched to my in 2 packages, the second package turned up ok with no problems however one of the items was damaged, I am still waiting for them to reimburse me like they agreed they would, however I am still waiting for the first package which incidentally has my wedding tiara in it, I have been having emails go back and forth for the last two weeks, they are wanting me to pay more money to resend the missing items, they do not read my emails and are going round in circles, this morning I have just told them to forget it and to reimburse me, I will never use them again and never recommend them, and yes im a genuine customer who should of read the reviews first"

"I´m writing from my own experience, and Tmart never shipped and delivered my items in time or in good condition. The Tracking number Tmart provided doesn't work. When I had a question I could not accessed their chat simply it does not work. Tmart is a fraud . After my experience with Tmart now I understand why so many people are complaining and giving bad reviews to Tmart.com . I consider myself lucky because I was able to get my money back after I disputed the charges with my credit card company who informed me that I am not the first to complain about this facke company and I feel more lucky that Tmart's employees could not use my credit card because I changed my account.. so everybody out there beware of this scammer "

After 45 days I cannot claim my money back from paypal and that's it. I made my claim through paypal as few days left in 45 days claim limit. See how will I go? Its a hoax. "I've been waiting for a USB port that cost $6 for 2 weeks. Never received the package after buying it. Shipping from inside the US and still, absolutely nothing but advertisements from T-Mart.Never buying from them again, since it takes more than 3 weeks for them to ship a 2 pound small package. "I had ordered an esata to sata cable. The cable arrived damaged. I filled out an RMA online with the image of the damaged cable end. I received email within 48 hours as promised on website that stated that a new cable was shipped right away. They did not even ask me to ship back the damaged cable. The new, undamaged cable arrived quickly, and works great.I am very pleased with the customer service and RMA service of TMART. Also the pricing and shipping rate ares great. I will definitely shop at TMART."
"I purcahsed a flashlight, batteries and a charger from tmart.com and when I received the flashlight, it was defective. I attempted to request a replacement from their website but the automated (you can't actually call or chat with anyone there...) tool for providing a refund was, well... currently out of order. Oh really? After many back and forth emails to them, many having to be very demanding, they finally issued a refund...of course it was short of the actual amount of the purchase and returned items.I'd stay away from tmart.com - it's just not worth the money or waste of your time."
