I clicked on it and the link led me to Tmart. Right off the bat I knew it was a steal at only $10, 'cause even the cheapest of these bags cost $7+ at a swapmeet. I decided to get it because it was my favorite colors and everything, not to mention cheap. After that purchase, I decided to read more about tmart because it amazed me how I never knew about this site with bargains. It was then that I only started seeing REALLY bad reviews of experiences with this company. I thought, "Jeez, I should have read about this site before making the purchase..." I was sort of concerned whether or not my package was going to take 30+ days to get me, credit fraud, or have the package not get to me completely. Out of curiousity, I chatted live with their live chat representative, and asked how long an item would take get to me (I did this twice). The answer they'd politely give me was "14-21 days, please understand.." I wouldn't complain, they were nice and answered my question. I had learned that the company is based in Hong Kong, and it was free shipping, so I knew it wasn't going to take 5 days to get to me (I live in Southern California), but was a little uneasy about it possibly getting to me after the supposed "2-3 weeks." Well, guess what? I just got my package today! Very happy! I am even surprised at how good the quality of my bag is (for the amount I paid for it, its really great!). I love it, and it got to me in exactly two weeks! (Which is not a long time to wait if an item is getting delivered FOR FREE from Hong Kong) I don't work for tmart, I just felt like these guys deserve some credit for giving me great service, and thought I should share my positive experience.
