"Titanuim Wish is a great company. I ordered the Momentum ring to replace my Halo ring from Titanium Era which is now too big for me. Though they are the same style ring, Titanium Wish's ring is much better. The satin finish is a lot nicer and they sell it a bit cheaper. I didn't go back to Titanium Era because I tried calling them a few times to see what can be done about needing a smaller ring, but no one ever answered or returned my calls. After reading the negative reviews on them from this website, I decided to try another company. Boy, did I get lucky. The ring I ordered from them was still a little big for me. They answered my first call and arranged to remake a new ring for me right away. I mailed the original ring back to them and just received the new one this morning (Jan. 4, 2010). I paid $10 for return shipping on the second ring and this time, it is perfect. Customer service is top-notch. The communication was great. They really showed they cared and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I told them I would tell people about their great company and this is my way to keep my word. I'm the first to review them, but I have a very good feeling I won't be the last to praise them."
