wow absolutely amazing customer service. Ordered one day and got the wrong shipping, they had already closed, called left a message called me the back right the next day and helped me out and i got the part I needed on time! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great shopping experience! I recently purchased a Tippmann X7 from www.tippmannpros.com for my son. Before contacting them my knowledge of paintball was next to nothing, but their customer service department walked me though each gun giving me pros and con and even going as far as reading me different customer reviews! This kind of service from an online company is very rear and I can’t say enough about it. Also the prices were the best I could find on the net. My son can’t get enough of his new gun and I will make sure that if he needs anything else we come back. A+

I got my Tippmann X7 gun serviced at this store and I cost me about 40 dollars to get it serviced. I completely described the issues that I was experiencing and they said that they would fix it. They called and said that it was fixed so I drove 45 minutes again to pick it up! I asked if there was ANY warranty on the labor and he said, "Oh for sure, if you take it out to the field and it breaks then you can bring it back and i'll fix it for you"! Well it broke not even 20 round into my test firing!! so I brought it back to have them fix it! Well they did fix it and they told me that it was going to be over 50 dollars for the labor to diagnose the problem after they said, "sure, bring it back and i'll fix it"! The guy even denied saying it! He said, "I really don't recall saying anything like that". So since I refused to pay it they un-fixed my guy cause they're jerks with awful customer service! I will NEVER shop there again and neither will my brother and our paintball friends! WORST experience ever! Reply- I told them EVERYTHING that was wrong when I brought it in! The guy basically called me a liar saying he never said he would fix it again. My gun had the SAME symptoms from before I brought it in the first time. Overall VERY poor and misleading customer service! They make you THINK that you are well taken care of. Wrong! I'm just gonna visit a much more experienced airsmith that gives me every possible factor in aftermarket products! I even told you they were knock offs but you installed them with no obvious concerns. Thanks for nothing.

Customer purchased a used and damaged paintball gun, and accessories on the second hand market (none of which were purchased from TippmannPros.com). We performed a repair of the customers marker for the symptoms that he explained. And that symptom has been fixed and is guaranteed.
Repair policies for our Tippmann Certified Service Center were thoroughly explained to customer before and after work was performed. The repair that was performed on customers marker was guaranteed by our pro shop. And that repair has not failed.
After playing with his paintball gun, customer explained further symptoms (unrelated to the repair that we performed). And once again brought marker back for further repair (not warranty repair). Our Service Center performed 1 hour worth of labor and was able to diagnose and repair a faulty aftermarket part that the customer had purchased from another source (not from TippmannPros.com).
Customer refused to pay for repair, and per customer request, we removed the replacement parts. Customer refused to pay for repair. So we cannot service his marker.
Short of performing free labor and repair on a paintball gun that was not purchased through our company, we feel that we have been more than accommodating regarding this customer and this situation.
Tippmannpros.com had everything that I was looking for when purchasing a paintball gun. It was very easy to navigate through the site to find what I wanted. I will continue to use Tippmannpros.com for my paintball needs.
