"Very professional service; shipped my item within a few days and it arrived about a week later brand new. I broke it accidentally after about a month and when I told them about it, they graciously offered to send me another one for free under warranty as long as I paid for the return shipping. It only cost $3.00 to send it back in a small plain envelope so I didn't mind too much, and I got a brand new player back two weeks later! Tinydealdirect has the best prices and the best service. I highly recommend them."
