"I purchased a car cam through their Ebay listing (e-britain). they falsely advertised the item as being in Australia, when I queried their email that stated the item was being sent from Hong Kong they said I misunderstood the listing, when I sent a copy of the listing to them they apologized and changed the listing. Instead of taking a couple of days for the item to arrive it took 2 weeks. Item stopped working within 10 min, the LCD screen won't lite up so can't change any settings. I got in touch with them they stated that I had to send the item back at my cost with a tracking no. Postage cost from Aus to HK $53.50 for a $37.75 item. Got in touch with Pal pal who also said I had to send the item back at my cost even though they falsely advertised where the item was. If I sent it to a Aus address it would cost me $8.00. So I am now stuck with a $37.00 item fit for the garbage bin. Beware they have a lot of good feedback on EBay but it is through buyers that have received goods that work. If faulty item they give you the run around. They offered me $12 compensation and I could keep the item if I removed the negative feedback. Item is useless so why would i want to keep it."
