Mr. Lee said it is brand new. but after near 11 months, the watch was out of working.we took it to Vacheron Constantin Company (the watch\u0027s maker company) to get it evaluated by a professional watch maker. It is Vacheron Constantin that advised the watch has been polished by a third party ( we have report from VC), this means the watch we bought from Timeimport is a reconditioned used watch, not brand new. All screws are marked and oil in this type of watch in this price range does not dry up after only near one year of usage. Mr. Lee originally stated on his website that everything is brand new unless otherwise stated. He has since changed his policy. now, Mr. Lee said \u0022 Vacheron considers any watch not purchased at a Vacheron authorized dealer, not a new watch.
