"Bought tickets for the mayweather guerrero fight. The actual ticket price at the venue, easily available, was $59. Ticket zoom charged me $131! My phone's battery died when they tried to reach me for the 6 pm fight. I was able to turn it back on at 6.05 pm and called them but their customer service line was shut. I had no way to reach them and never got my tickets. They refused to give me even a partial refund. The so called lowest price"
