"You want batteries then go anywhere. You want good batteries and great battery chargers then go to Thomas. The prices are good, shipping is fast and they have a great selection. No hassles from them."

"This is a model company. I ordered late Friday night, my stuff showed up on Tuesday morning. No problems, batteries look to be working good, and I'm very pleased with the prices. No gouging on shipping, I even got a ton of little battery holders free of charge that really come in handy."

"I ordered a quick charger and some batteries. One of the channels in the charger didn't shut off properly. Thomas Distributing was responsive to my questions and swapped the defective unit quickly and with no questions asked. Very nice."

"Excellent buying experience. Two minor problems cropped up (typo in shipping label zip code and a slight overcharge for one item) but they fixed both problems immediately after I notified them. Placed order on Monday, called Tue to add another item, it shipped Wed, and I received it on Friday. Everyone I talked to was pleasant, helpful and professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer - in fact, I placed another order with them today."
