I purchased 2 chargers, bunch of rechargeable batteries, seller sent me two free bags, super fast and reliable delivery, got the correct product, in promised brand new condition. I will for a fact buy from him next time if i need electrical products, I recommend this seller. You try it yourself, you will not regret it!

I blundered my first order on the web on 1/19/10 and ended up ordering the wrong battery charger, and didn't realize until it after I had completed my payment. I sent the cancellation request, and got a response the next morning that the order had been canceled as I had requested. I was EXTREMELY surprised and pleased to see that my payment had also been refunded that same morning after the order was canceled!! (most places take a few weeks to refund your money even for a cancellation!!) I placed a new order that morning, it shipped fast, and so far everything I purchased works as advertised! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will definitely order from them again in the future!

I purchased 8 Powerex 2700 MAH-AA rechargeable batteries & a MAHA 401FS charger from Thomas Distributing in October of 2008. After only 15 months the none of the batteries will hold a charge. After a full charge, they are still only at 1.461 volts. They last about 10 minutes in my camera. Very, very disappointed.

I'd like to apologize to the folks at Thomas Distributing re: my review. I did jump the gun with my review. I should have contacted them "before" I wrote the review. I have since been in touch with TD & they are more than happy to replace the batteries for me. Although, I will be replacing them with Ansmann Low Discharge batteries. Maybe better suited for my application. Thanks again to Tammie & Kayla at Thomas Distributing for their very prompt responses to my problem. Can't say enough about the great customer service.

Thomas Distributing is an outstanding company! They sell good products, ship fast, and stand completely behind th products they sell. Their customer service is the best I've seen among online merchants.

I ordered four rechargable batteries in July of 2009 after a while my camera kept shutting off on it's own. I descovered with the battery charger that was sent with my order that one would not hold a charge. I e-mailed Thomas Distributing and got a reply telling me to throw away the bad battery a new one is on the way, about two days later I got a new battery in the mail. I placed an order with Thomas Distributing for a battery charger and a pack of rechargeable batteries, both items were at a great price. After a second thought, I needed more rechargeable batteries so I placed another order. When I got home from work the next day I received an email from Thomas Distributing that said they had combined both of my orders and even refunded the different in the shipping which was about $10. That means that someone took the time to notice that I had 2 orders,put them together, figured out the difference, and then took the time to go back to paypal to refund me the money. What honest business practices! I am extremely pleased and thankful that they took the extra time out of their busy schedules to help me out when they didn't have to. I will definitely be back to shop with them again. Thank you again!

I'm happy with the battery that they sent and the price was good. It arrived very fast in two days,but the $6.54 shipping for a 1.5oz battery was high. This should have been sent by First Class mail.

First order with Thomas Distributing. Competitive prices and reasonable shipping cost to Canada via USPS. Website was easy to use. Purchased Maha C9000 and LaCrosse 900. Both units are working as promised. Packaging was top notch.  
 
I ordered on a Sunday and they shipped Monday. Took just 10 business days to arrive. Clearing customs takes longer these days but no issues - no duty or taxes assessed so I was happy.
