I'm very impressed with the level of service I received from this company. I ordered a charger and some batteries yesterday, and it arrived early this morning. I really didn't expect to have it so soon. The product was as advertised, no complaints. Good prices, fast shipping, great company.

i have recently purchased a new nikon dslr system and needed rechargable batteries for my flash. i fount thomas on the internet and not only did they have the superhigh capacity batteries i was looking fo they also included a batterie tester with the order.i received my order promptly and exactly as ordered! great service with follow up! would highly recomend them for all your batterie needs

My order included a battery that signaled as "shorted" when I tried to charge it. I mentioned it to the Thomas folks, they immediately volunteered to send a replacement, without me even having to ship the defective battery back. Most vendors use return shipping as a deterent for returning unsatisfactory goods, but this was a pleasant surprise.  
They've earned my return business.

I ordered a new Ansmann Energy 16 Charger. They sent me a used charger. When I informed them of the problem, I received a phone call AND an e-mail from Eugene Thomas. He was upset that this had occurred.  
 
They sent me a brand new charger by overnight delivery. The new one was both new and in excellent condition. I popped the old one in the shipping box, slapped on the no-charge return label and the issue was resolved.  
 
The initial screwup shouldn't have happened, buy the followup customer service was excellent!  
 
IMO, a good company is not one that doesn't make mistakes. (Everyone makes mistakes.) The good company is the one that goes all out to resolve the issue and make the customer happy. Thomas Distributing is one of these companies.

WOW!! i ordered Galaxy of Games from here and it arrived quick! and it was NEW and Unopened and in perfect condition O.O and the game first came out about 13 years ago lol. But yea i was soooo happy when i got it cus it was my favorite game when i was younger :D The game was a lil high priced for an old PC game but it was soooo worth it! :] I will definatly buy the other galaxy of games CD's later on when i get extra money cus this sites buying experience was Great! :]

It's a pleasure to write an excellent review for Thomas Distributing. This is my third order. My second one didn't reflect the website advertised discounted shipping correctly. A short email and my 3 bucks was cheerfully refunded with a nice email from a real human being.  
 
I love spending money with this company. Best name products and at sale prices. And they offer discounts on shipping on some items. Good, comprehensive website.

I have ordered three different chargers and lots of rechargeable batteries from Thomas Distributing in the past few years. Their products, prices and customer service are top-notch; that's why I'm a repeat customer. Out of the dozens of batteries I've purchased, I had one AA that was DOA. They went out of their way (and above and beyond what was necessary) to fix the tiny problem.  
 
I wish all mail/web-order companies were as good as Thomas.

Ordered Maha Battery charger. Got the delivery immediately. Found that it was missing a battery tester. Used their ticketing system to log an issue. got an immediate response. Missing battery tester was shipped to me first class mail.

I just received a recent order from Thomas Distributing and even with the saver shipping option, it arrived in under two days. They have everything you could need for rechargeable batteries and their customer service and turnaround time is excellent. The website could use a little updating, but given their selection and customer service, this is not a big deal at all.

This is my preferred vendor for rechargeable batteries and chargers. Good prices & fast shipping. Hassle-free replacement of an in-warranty charger that went bad.
