They shipped the items 2 day air both times when I had requested the lowest priced shipping option, as well. I was already pleased with the return experience and then when I saw my bank statement they had credited my card with the price of my return shipping. Their customer service is excellent, you get what you pay for. I wholeheartedly recommend ThinkGeek."

"What a great company to work with. I ordered a laser pointer in January, which died fairly quickly. They sent out a replacement VERY quickly. After receiving the new one I tested it ok, but did not get to use it a lot at first. My wife than began using it to play with the cats and this one again died in the same way. Being it was well over 30 days I had no expectations from them, but emailed the company looking for info about the Manufacturer so I could find out about a warranty. Their customer service told me they had had quite a few complaints about this model. First I was suprised at this admission, this is VERY uncommon to find in today's world! They gave me an RMA to exchange it for a new version of the product! Great company!"

He's crazy about Dr. Who and was able to find him a t-shirt that he finds hilarious but I don't understant at all (Something about Angels stealing a blue box?) Always on time delivery.
