When I didnt' hear from him that he had received it, I called The Whiskey Place to inquire and they advised the bottle had been broken during delivery. This was 3 days after it was supposed to be delivered. They said they would process another delivery. First, why was I not notified of the first bottle breaking? Then, why did I have to call to ask for another bottle to be delivered? If I had not called to check, I would have paid for a gift that was never delivered. I don't usually call people to see if they received their gifts so they can thank me... I prefer they call when they receive it if they like. My brother didn't know he was getting the gift, so obviously did not call. Terrible service, terrible experience, terrible company.
