One of the 8 panels exhibited strange bubbling when the spray paint was applied. We contacted Ron at The Shutter Store and he was quite helpful. We contended the shutter was defective since it was the only one that exhibited the reaction to the paint. He agreed and ultimately replaced the shutter at no cost. The replacement worked fine with the spray paint.
