"Didn't have item in-stock. Was informed it would be about 5 weeks (which is too long - we go on vacation in 4).
Spoke with manager to resolve issue. Awaiting shipment.

"TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH...YOU PLACE ORDER THEN YOU GET A CALL THAT ITS ON BACK ORDER ALTHOUGH THEIR WEBSITE ALWAYS SAYS ITS IN STOCK. THEN THEY TRY TO GET YOU TO BUY AN UNKNOWN BRAND AND OTHER ITEMS YOU DON'T WANT. THEY ALSO LIE ABOUT GIVING YOU RETURN SHIPPING CREDIT FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE YOU SENT BACK AT YOUR EXPENSE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!"

"AVOID! As others have said: this is a bait and switch SCAM!

They claim to have brand name products in stock when you put in the order online but then call back the next day to say it's going to take 4-6 weeks and offer to switch to an alternative (generic, non-brand-name) product. Do not ever buy from them."

"I ordered 2 rechargeable camera batteries and a charger unit.
I received a phone call that the charge wasn't available for 4
weeks. I was offered another charger at a reduced price and 2
better batteries at the same price. I was sent several emails
with the changes and the new total. I am satisfied with the
excellent service. I have plugged in the first battery and I'm waiting to see how it works in my camera."

"This store is very efficient and diligent. I had an issue and it was resolved amicably.
I advise users of this: I ordered a name-brand product. I got a call saying that was backordered and would I like an upgrade for a bit more money. I decided on an upgrade to replace the one not available. That upgraded product cost more than similar products available on the web.

"Placed an order for a Nikon OEM battery and charger. Got an email stating that there was an issue with my order. When I called, they said the Nikon parts were on back order for 4-6 weeks (even though their website said they were in stock), but they could provide me with a "higher capacity battery for only $10 more that was in stock and could be shipped today." They did offer to adjust the price (since I was a new customer and they wanted my business). I'm a little skeptical at this point, but I went ahead and made the purchase. I hate not having the opportunity to research the item I'm putting in my camera, especially when it is a nonOEM item. We'll see about the quality of what comes in the mail. I felt obligated to write this review since it appears others (even though they gave higher ratings) also experienced the same problem of the item they initially purchased being on back order.
I will say that the people I've talked to so far have been very friendly and helpful.

EDIT: After being contacted by the company after my initial review, I have modified the original wording in my statement above. They have assured me the replacement item is of a higher quality than what I originally ordered. My lower rating is because of the problems I experienced with the order as described above and not quality of the item itself. I will append comments to my review when I receive the item and have had the opportunity to research it more."

"Great customer service! They accidentally messed up one of my orders but the manager himself gave me a call the very next day to address the issue. He gave me a discount for the inconvenience and promised this would never happen again. Glad he is on top of the business."

"BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I saw a Canon dslr battery charger and called to confirm it was an actual Canon product. They said yes it is an actual Canon product. Placed my order and an hour later received a voicemail about a problem with the order. I called and the lady notified me the product was out of stock and back-ordered from Canon for 4 weeks and tried to offer me a no name after-market charger for the same price. I told her I wanted the actual Canon charger and tried to sell me on the after-market unit that she said is "from the same manufacturer". I said no thanks, I'd just rather cancel my order and she just hung-up on me. The order was canceled but the attitude and tactics used by this site are very shady. I would recommend all to avoid this site."

"I ordered a nikon SB-910 and got a call that there was an issue with my order. A manager called me back and fixed the issues with my order and assured me it would be shipped out tomorrow. These people have very good communication and want to make sure the customer is satisfied. "
