Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review! I am disappointed that your order arrived to you in this condition, as this is certainly is not our intention and want all our customer's orders to get to them in perfect condition.
Our distributor thoroughly packages orders so damage does not occur during shipment, however, it seems the order must have been put through harsh weather conditions while shipping with LTL company. We have been in touch with both our distributor and the shipping company regarding this matter and sincerely apologize about any frustrations and inconveniences this may have caused.
