The shipping times listed on the product pages are the average FedEx Ground shipment times, not the overall time [from submiting the order to receiving it]. At the time of your order we were waiting for stock at our HQ, so to save time we used one of our distribution warehouses instead. Since you were in the same state as the warehouse, we could not ship directly to you without charging you sales tax. Instead we passed the notebook through our HQ and then to you so you wouldn't have to pay sales tax. All freight charges were covered by us [as listed on the site]. We try our best to avoid situations like these and regret that this happened. We hope that you enjoy your notebook for the years to come.”

"Beware. Website does not carry accurate information. They offered 677 speed RAM laptop, but the laptop only works at 533 RAM. Also, they do not have many items available. They're just a 3rd party vendor. Any issues or problems must go through Asus in Fremont, CA. I had defective battery and c9tech couldn't do anything about it. Had to call Asus when I gave my money to c9tech. Finally returned the item because I was not satisfied with item nor c9tech. Never again!"
