All was OK until the delivery, I was charged $ 45.00 extra for a liftgate truck that was never used, with no other option My worker used our own forklift to remove the items from the truck. When I wrote and explained what the truth was; they were not helpfull no willing to remove the unnecessary charges. I will contact the better business bureau. I will never ever use them and I strongly do not reccomend them."
"I was asked by our sales director to pick up 12 more 23 gallon wall hugger trash cans. I started with my main suppliers, then the local big box store. The suppliers were a great deal cheaper than the retail option but when I went online with Webstaurant.com, I found exactly what I was looking for much cheaper than both. For less money ($30) AND including shipping fees I was able to order the original 12 23 gal huggers, plus four 44 gal cans for my kitchen. "

"I bought a soup kettle and insert from webstaurant.com and the insert became stuck in the base. I contacted them for help and they told me to contact the manufacturer (Nemco), who then told me they couldn't help and that I would have to go back to webstaurant, who then...you guessed it, sent me back to Nemco. Complete run around and no problem solved, and they won't take the product back unless it has never been opened (and even then they would require a 30% restocking fee). Needless to say, I'll not ever purchase another item from them."
"They want to charge 10 - 20% return fee even when a item is unopened and returned within 10 days! This is unacceptable and terrible service. Dispute with your credit card company and they will give you 100% refund but what a waste of time! "Disappointed by their lack of clear stocking status. Ordered a bunch of stuff only to find that some of it was back-ordered. Customer service said 4-6 weeks, but now we're at 8 and counting with no firm updates available from customer care. I can't imagine depending on them for a business, so I'm glad my first orders with them were for a personal project.Prices are low low -- very competitive. Shipping isn't at all subsidized, so expect higher shipping rates than at other merchants. Kind of eats into the low prices, but they're still a great deal -- if you can handle the uncertainty."
