However, only received 50 folders total (instead of 250)! Eugene, the customer service person\/owner, was VERY rude and unwilling to rectify the situation. There was no other quantity listed on the website, so one would assume that the quantity listed applied to the product displayed on the page. However, he said it was my fault for assuming, and that I should have called to verify before placing my order. Their product details were inconsistent at best, and even though it was \u0022my fault\u0022, he quickly changed the product details after our conversation. I picked one up at a truck stop during my travels and simply do not know how I made it without one. I am a field service technician and travel around the country working on trucks. I also am responsible for some customer support calls while working. I use the headset and can continue working while assisting the customer. It\u0027s also quite handy while talking to the wife when I\u0027m away from home. I have been standing right beside of a truck engine running at 1500 RPM(quite loud if you haven\u0027t experienced this) while talking to my wife. She said that she could not hear anything except me talking. She has even asked if I was still there because she couldn\u0027t hear the background noise. My father owns 2 trucks and is getting older and therefore having trouble with his shoulders and arms. It is difficult for him to hold the phone and drive, not to mention illegal in many states now. I ordered him one of these headsets as a Christmas present. Hopefully, he finds it as handy and reliable as I have. I\u0027m sure I\u0027ll have to pair it up for him, he\u0027s still not up to speed on the technology.
