"I have ordered several times from Supplies Guys. The quality of the toner seems to have gone downhill as has the c.s.. The paragraph on paying for repairing your machine if the product damages it has been removed in the last few months. The toner is marginal quality and don't expect a refund quickly if at all. Store credits are their forte and they will try to have you fix the machine under warranty and not accept the fact their toner damaged the machine. Toner leaks pretty good once it starts too. Typical story of a local company that got too big too fast and started importing Chinese seconds."

"Just received our first and last order from the supplies guys. Ordered the compatible toner for a DEll.The pkg says it's for samsung and nothing like our old dell cartridge. It won't install. Called them and they can't even seem to confirm the part # we have is incorrect. They said on Tuesday they will e-mail a return # and hopefully credit the account back. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time but they don't want to admit the error or make it right. Should have just ordered from Dell."

"I have been ordering over the internet for years and always worry a little when I order from a new business. I have to say this has been the BEST customer service I have ever received and the order arrived promptly. After I placed my order I received a call confirming my order and letting me know that they could save me a little more money be substituting one of the item numbers, same product quality better price.

Supplies Guys will be my new provider of toner and office supplies

"We ordered toner cartridges for our OKI laser printer. A local store had quoted us $175 per cartridge. We got the satisfaction guaranteed Supplies Guys brands for under $100 for all 4 cartridges, and they are working perfectly. They were delivered as promised. It's not often that one can save that much money and still have a product that is guaranteed. Way to go, Guys! : )"

"Great company to use. I had a refund on my last order so there was a balance left on my account and after a month of not ordering they called to remind me & also sent me an email reminder. When I was ready to use it I called and placed my order with no issues and received my cartridge 2 days later."
