reply posted May-19-2013 “We have contacted the customer and offered a full refund or exchange, at no cost to him. As a reseller, we do not open factory sealed packages, so while it is extremely rare, it is possible for a defective product to end up in a customers hands. When this happens, we offer a free exchange or full refund, including shipping costs. As for shipping times, the order did ship on the posted schedule, as promised. We are closed on the weekends, but we do check emails even during off hours.”
