I WAS SHIPPED A HEADBOARD WHICH WAS DAMAGED AND THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR POLICIES, REFUSES TO TAKE DAMAGED ITEM BACK OR EVEN HONOR A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WHEREBY I WOULD TRY AND HAVE IT REPAIRED. I NEGOTIATED THIS AGREEMENT BECAUSE IT HAD ALREADY BEEN TWO MONTHS WITH NO REPLACEMENT IN SIGHT. THEY DO NOT RETURN EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. IT IS WITH THE GREATEST DISMAY THAT I HAVE TO MAKE SUCH A NEGATIVE REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE. TRUST ME IT IS NOT WORTH IT."
"THE ONLINE STORE WOULD NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. CASE STILL NOT SOLVED. I AM WORKING WITH MY CREDIT CARD TO RETURN MY MONEY. I WOULD NEVER USE THE ONLINE STORE EVER AGAIN. I AM ALSO WRITING COMPLAINTS TO DEPARTENT OF STATES REGARDING THEIR SALES POLICIES. POSTING RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS AND DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH."
"Everything was good except ithe table has a flaw in it. I called claims at the on line store and they said to send a picture to them, i did but was told it did not come out too good so I sent another one and I have sent 3 emails since asking them if they got the picture and they do not respond to let me know what is going on. Otherwise the ease of ordering was great everyone was nice, just waiting to hear a follow up on the table part. I don't think their foolow up is any good."
"It took 5 extra days to recieve the purchase. Then I had to pick up the item because the shopping co. would only deliver in the morning when no one was home. The customer support staff was not very friendly, I couldn't get a tracking number for over 10 days after I paid for the item. The only good thing is I reieved the item, and it had no damage."
