![Share](javascript:share_rating({"review_body":"Neat Verify could be great, and could be a very compelling reason to continue monthly membership, if only it was as accurate as you advertise it to be: "99%." Even 95% accuracy would be a big improvement! <br><br>Part of my experience over the past 2+ weeks: I've used Neat Verify to input about 150 receipts, and: 15+ receipts didn't register in the system (often The Home Depot receipts), 15+ receipts contained errors re date [of purchase], 15+ receipts contained dollar-amount errors. Plus various other data entry errors. <br><br>Most important is that Neat Verify would be very well advised to log and include the actual photo \/ scan of ALL, 100%, of receipts it is given\/sent, including those it has a problem with. This way, at least the system can be trusted to inform the user (me) of any problem with a particular receipt. But when the receipt 'disappears' altogether, as if it had not been scanned or snapped with 'Neat Verify ON,' it becomes a very risky proposition \u2013 a great liability \u2013 when the 'vanishing' receipt in question is $200, $1,000, or $5,000, for example. Those of us with many receipts to enter (over a day, a week or a month) want to be certain that ALL receipts are logged, no matter if Neat cannot completely 'read' the data contained on a certain receipt. The exclusion of even one receipt forces the user to painstakingly inventory one's full stack of receipts to find the one or two or three that have mysteriously gone AWOL. Do you see what a pain this is?<br><br>Suggest: Program the software to force-include ALL receipts it is sent via Neat Verify \/ iPhone, etc. Alternatively, alert the user (with a photo) of ANY \/ ALL receipts rejected by the system, so that he\/she may be alerted to such entry error(s). <br><br>Believe me, this should be a Priority Fix for Neat Verify. It's a glitch that those of us with many receipts to enter cannot do without.
