"Love their selection of guitars,but they really should inspect the products they are sending out.My guitar was completely faulty and I had to get it repaired.Their customer service is also terrible.I called them to let them know that I hadn't received a truss rod.They told me they were going to ship it,so I decided to wait.A month passes by,and I hadn't received the truss rod yet.So I had to buy my own truss rod.I really love their guitar inventory,but hate their customer service."
