This was my first experience with The LensDepot and it was a good one. I looked at their service as a way to get a very specific lens for a specific event (Nephew's Wedding) as well as a chance to try out that lens for consideration of purchasing one for myself. They communicated with me perfectly. The lens arrived at the desired and agreed upon time. The lens was in perfect condition. The LensDepot is a top notch business with great customer service. I needed to rent a lense for a trip and didn't do it till 2 days before I left. They made sure the order was out for shipping first thing the next day, and I got it with plenty of time before I left. I have rented before and will continue to rent from them. They have a great selection of lenses and accessories. They send out emails to let you know when the lense shipped with tracking, and also friendly reminders about return dates for shipping. They are also always willing to let you extend your rental with out any problems. If you ever need a lense this is the place to rent from. Thanks for all you do for the customer its hard to find service like this anymore.

Their service is sharp as a tack - delivery was on time and the product was exactly as ordered. Their online process is easy and their pricing for rentals is extremely reasonable.  
When I called, Oscar was very friendly and helpful. I had a dire situation where I was leaving the next day on a vacation photoshoot and discovered that my Canon EF 70-200 f2.8 lens was not working. I received the same lense from The Lense Depot the next morning working like a champ. I even rented another specialty wide angle that made for some great extra shots.  
The lenses came in a well packed box and were clean of any fingerprints and debri and working like new. The return label was inlcuded and better yet, they don't charge for the day of delivery of drop-off.  
I would use The Lens Depot again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Excellent Customer service! Everything came when they said it would. Email communication was prompt and personal. I knew I was communicating with a person and not a machine, so I felt comfortable to actually ask questions rather than just not say anything and possibly get something confused or wrong on my part.

If you are in the market for a lens rental company look no further then The Lens Depot. Glass is in pristine condition arriving in a secure pelican case. I can't say enough about the communication and helpful service Oscar and Magda provide. I wish every company would heed their approach to business which is to make spending your hard earned money enjoyable.
